A week passed after both of them started going to the office together. They rarely used the notepad and they both couldn't deny the attraction they felt towards each other. Leo wouldn't start his day without his morning kiss and Jennifer used to feel tingles whenever they kissed. She couldn't deny that she was falling for him and the way he treated her with so much care and gentleness as if she was made of glass made her heart flutter. She used to blush every time he used to be around and he used to tease her with his flirting kisses and touches whenever they used to be near.

After few days, Leo got an emergency call from Mr. Kevin D'Cunha claiming he wanted an emergency meeting to be held for the sake of their investment in the company. Leo immediately informed Jennifer of the meeting but due to his hurry, he couldn't tell her the name of the investor.

The meeting was held and Leo had to explain them why it was profitable to continue to invest in their company. Mr. Kevin was being impressed with the man's talent and confidence. He assured him that he just thought that maybe he couldn't handle the company because of lack of experience but now, they certainly wanted to invest.

Leo was satisfied with the result but after he explained the things to Jennifer, she suggested that they shouldn't keep any relationship with Mr. Kevin because apparently, he could meet Leo and then judge him based on their private meeting but his behaviour insulted Leo in front of his employees. Leo thought about that and he called Mr. D'Cunha to cancel their investment contract...

When Leo's father came to know about this, he scolded Leo because Mr. D'Cunha was their biggest investor. Apparently, he didn't care if his son had to lose some self-respect for gaining profits.

When Jennifer tried to interfere, he announced that she will not work with him anymore. She had to beg him for letting her work and he reluctantly agreed upon the condition that they will beg the said investor to consider their company again.

Jennifer still didn't know the name of the investor so she agreed because she can't risk her mission...
