Chapter 44 CHAPTER

ANGEL’s POV

I peeked my head out of my door and didn’t hear a sound. After going downstairs, I looked out the front window and noticed Jackson’s car isn’t back yet.

I need food.

Coming to the conclusion that Wonwoo was with Jackson, I proceeded to make myself breakfast.

I grabbed some fruit salad and cheese, toasted some bread and sat down at the table.

I started scrolling through my Instagram, trying to distract my mind when I saw Aera posted a photo of her and Kookie, her son. Cute!

I tapped it double to heart the picture and commented, cute! I was lost in social media land when Wonwoo decided to interrupt. Shit! I thought he was with Jackson.

“Hi,” he said not looking at me and went straight to the fridge looking for something to eat.

I ignored him, looking back down at my phone.

He sat across me as he started digging on the whole grain bread and a yogurt.

“Don’t you have work today?” he asked again and I didn’t answer. “Stop ignoring me.”
