Chapter 38 CHAPTER

　　As I stepped out of the elevator, Jackson’s annoying smirk greeted me. I know he finds my new job very funny and that makes me annoyed at him even more.

　　“So, did you find out what’s your new job bro?” I ignored him and walked past him when he called me once again. “Hey bro!”

　　“What?!”

　　“I’m sorry, did I offend you?” his voice softens. “I’m sorry bro, I didn’t mean it.”

　　“Forget it.” I turned my heels but abruptly stopped. “Hey, can you tell me where Unified District School is?” I showed him the location to where I was assigned on my work.

　　“You don’t have a car?” I glared at him. “Oh, well just take a bus from here, and to the second bus stop, walk straight, on your left.”

　　“Thanks bro!” I patted him in the shoulder heavily making his face grimace while he forced a smile.

　　Jackson had been precise with the directions so it wasn’t difficult for me to figure out where I’ll be going tomorrow.
