The Real World

"Oh yeah, that would be thanks to my quirk. Its called shadow sensation or just shadow sation for short," Zayren said.

"Well that doesn't explain how you saw me," Lyrin said.

"Hold on I'm getting there. A part of my quirk, it that I can go into the shadows into a kinda shadow realm. In this realm I'm able to see. My vision isn't clear in there and I can't see colors but its the best I got," Zayren explained.

"Oh that sounds amazing!" Lyrin exclaimed.

"Heh that's not the half of it, but it really isn't all it sounds. Anyway lets get going now. I want you to meet a few people."

"Alright lets go then."

"Follow me, but be careful, villains tend to come out in the dark." Zayren started walking and Lyrin was right behind her. Lyrin paid no mind to Zayren's comment of the villains.

As they continued to walk Lyrin felt a lot better. Her back still hurt a bit, but being able to walk in the fresh air felt so nice. It was really her first time doing this. Lyrin was so eager to go out and do so many things she was never able to. She was consistently looking around, taking everything in.

"Why are you looking around so much? Are you that worried about the villains?" Zayren asked.

"What? Oh, its because all of this is so new to me."

"What have you never been outside before?"

"No, actually, I was forbidden to go outside."

"Wait, seriously? That's so stupid."

"Oh, well it never really bothered me. I had never been out in the first place," Lyrin said.

"That really sucks. Why are you out now then? What happened?"

"I found out my dad was a villain and the police came to arrest him. Them I got kidnapped, and drugged. My wings also got ripped of. I also found out my dad killed my mother." When Lyrin said that her eyes started to tear up, but at the same time she was angry.

"Oh my, that- I'm sorry for asking."

"N-no worries your fine," Lyrin stuttered. "By the way how do you know where your going?"

"Oh I don't really know, I'm just going off instinct."

"Wait what?"

"Yep," Zayren said, "Just pure instinct."

"Then how do you know were going to end up in the right place?" Lyrin asked.

"Somehow I always end up finding them, and I'm relying on that right now to."

"Ok, I guess I'll trust you then." They walked a bit further without speaking. Until Zayren finally stoped at some building. The building was big and looked to have many floors and rooms.

"If I'm correct, we should be by a big, tall building right?" Zayren asked.

"Yes that would be right," Lyrin said.

"Ok, one of my friends live here. On the fourth floor." Zayren walked to the entrance of the building. Lyrin didn't know what to say and just followed her.

The inside of the building had a few chairs in the lounge. Most of the chairs were red but two of them were orange. The walls were a bright red color, and the roof was a bit darker red.
