The person who had met with Lord Stark was Lord Varys who had come to offer to tell him about what happened to his daughters and what will happen to Lord Stark in the future.

Sansa was still betrothed to Joffrey, and Arya has already escaped the Castle into the streets of Kingslanding. Though the Queen Cersei was hesitant on keeping Sansa betrothed to her son since she was the daughter of a traitor.

Once word of Lord Eddards arrest had reached the North, Robb Stark had called all the North's banners in retaliation to his father being charged with treason. Now a Northern army of 50,000 Men was gathering to march on Kingslanding.

While things were heating up in Westeros, back in Essos Maximus had conquered the last city in Slavers Bay Yunkai and New Ghis which was an Island city was also conquered.

After months of War against Slavery, it has now come to an end with the victory of the Roman Empire. From this war, Maximus has received many names from the people, such as The Breaker of Chains.

Now Maximus was in the halls of the palace in Yunkai. All the slaves that were in the Palace were freed from their previous duties, but some of them still stayed in the Palace to Maintain it, which Maximus allowed since he didn't have the people with him to maintain the palace.

While in the Palace, Maximus had gone through the system to accept all of the rewards that he had gotten from conquering all the cities.

There were no words that could show the expression that was on Maximus face at this moment, since he had gained a lot from conquering all these cities.

In total, he had gained 510k from all the rewards and a couple of thousand troops as well. But most of all, he was looking at the reward for the characters that he summoned, which were Both Hanzo and Achilles.

Hanzo would be a great addition to the Empire, since he will greatly improve the Empire's spying ability and Maximus would be able to assassinate anybody in the known world. While he might be over estimating Hanzo's ability, but if what he read in his previous life about Hanzo is correct, then his abilities will be great.

Achilles would also be a good addition to Maximus already powerful army. In the future, Maximus would need lots of people who can lead armies, since once he invades Westeros then he will need to split his army up and have capable Generals leading their own respective forces.

Achilles was both a good leader and a good fighter, so he would be more than capable of leading an army. He was also the son of an Actual God and while he is not immortal, he is extremely strong amongst mortals.

After the character summons, the next thing that Maximus had looked at was all the new Magic that he had just gained. Necromancy, Bloodmagic, and Elemental control were some great magic to learn, especially Blood Magic since that is the most powerful in this world.

With Elemental control on the battlefield, Maximus will be able to coat his sword in fire and combined with the powerful Valyrian steel sword, then his combat efficiency would be greatly improved.

Necromancy would be good, since after a large battle he could raise the dead to have them fight for him, though this ability probably won't be used that much by Maximus since he doesn't need to raise any dead soldiers to fight for him since he has the System to buy him troops.

Bloodmagic being the strongest magic in the known world would be useful since it could save a person from death.

For the 1,500 custom House soldiers that Maximus had got, he could customize them to be any race and have many abilities along with any armor and weapons.

Maximus chose the race Asgardian for the Custom House troops, along with some powerful Asgardian armor and melee weapons. He chose the Asgardians because of how powerful they are, and they live a long time.

Asgardian armor was also excellent, since it was reinforced with magic and super durable. He didn't summon the House troops or any of the summons that he had gotten, as he wanted to do that once he returns to the Capital.

For now, he will look for a solution on what to do with the Hundreds of thousands almost a million of freed slaves that were now free from the war.

He also needed to set up some form of Government inside the new conquered cities. For Volantis they will be allowed to select a Governor from amongst the people along with the other cities of Lys, Tyrosh, and Myr. But the cities in Slavers Bay Maximus will probably directly rule them since Slavery has been a tradition for a long time in those cities and people won't like that to be changed just like that.

Maximus will place Military officers in each city of Slavers Bay and enforce Martial Law in order to keep order in the cities. This will most likely stay in effect for a couple of years until there are no more rebellious factions and the people have gotten used to the Imperial laws and customs.

As for the Slaves, most of them don't know how to fit into society, so Maximus will have to teach them how to work, how to use their money, and Loyalty to the Empire above all else.
