It's already been a week since the incident where I've subdued and merged a group of thugs into my gang.
At that day, we barely and luckily managed to evade the cops who just got in time at the shooting scene, as for the wounded thug, unfortunately after a few minutes of traversing the road, he did not live long and died under the arms of Christian.
We just dumped his body in the alleyway, not like the other 'new' members could do anything about it.
After that, I told Orland the new member, to lead us to his house, to which he reluctantly agreed.
And as to why I did that, In case he did betray us, I now know where to go to.
When we arrived at this house, he introduced us to his bed stricken mother, and I found out that Orland was the one who was running the whole family, and he support their livelihood by just selling weeds.
After that, he did a house tour and led us into his weed farm on his basement.
You should've seen the look on Christian's face when he saw the cannabis plantation stretching over the entire room.
There were spotlights and ventilations placed everywhere, it was just like a movie shoot.
Then I asked Orland how does everything work, to which he casually answered that the plants grow within 2-3 months, and after harvesting, he would gain a 400-500 grams worth of weeds.
And he would sell a single gram for 20 dollars.
Cool right?
After the tour was done, I asked Orland about the former whereabouts of the thugs that I've killed, and his answer was that they are orphans and are living on the streets for years, and when they die, no one will care or give a sh*t about them.
Except for him, well he has been with them for years now.
I can say Orland has a grudge against me but was only holding it back, not like he can do anything about it.
I mean, I know where he lives and he don't know mine.
After that, I asked him to lead us towards the houses of the other thugs, and just like that, we did a house tour again, with them introducing us to their families as 'friends'.
When the tours are over, the sky's already dark so me and the boys went to a nearby diner to have... well, dinner.
At that time, I remembered about my gun being empty anymore, so I decided to call Andrew and asked him if he knows anyone that sell guns and ammo... not so much legally.
And as for why, I don't have a license... and illegally sold guns are much cheaper than the legal ones.
So Andrew's answer was yes and he led us and introduced us to a man that goes by the name of 'Willie', he was an arms dealer that do his business in an abandoned casino located at Ale Heights and mainly sold pistols and smg's.
When he showed us his arsenal, our jaws immediately dropped at that time, he had hundreds of weapons, and thousands of bullets for them.
Due to my lack of money, I only managed to purchase 2 boxes of ammos for my .28 pistol, and a tec-9 machine pistol for Kevin, and we have to share the two boxes of bullets to ourselves.
After signing the purchase contract, we left the abandoned casino and thanked Andrew by giving him 40 dollars.
Two days after that, I told the boys to sell all the cracks hidden in my suitcase to which they all did well in doing it, additionally earning me a few hundred dollars.
"Albert"
I was suddenly shook from my thoughts by Kevin's words.
"Uh, yeah?" I looked at him as he handed me a small piece of envelope.
"It's the protection fee from the flower shop, I've already split a certain amount of cash among our boys, the rest are yours now." Kevin said as I accepted the envelope.
"Y-Yeah" I answered him as I took the envelope and opened it, revealing 50 dollars stacked inside.
"Alright, you did good." I pat Kevin on the back.
Currently it's me and Kevin alone in my apartment room since Anna is out studying college, and as for the other boys, I don't have a clue.
Sighing, I stared at the ceiling above me.
You know what? I think 50 dollars is too f*cking small.
Turning towards Kevin, I opened my mouth to speak.
"Kevin, do you think a hundred dollars is too small?" I asked him.
he stared at me for a moment, seemingly pondering for his answer.
"I guess so." he finally answered.
"I think so too."
Thinking for a few minutes, an idea suddenly appeared on my head again.
"You know that cafe shop a few blocks away from here that just got opened a few days ago?" I asked Kevin.
He thinks for a moment before nodding.
"I also heard that it's owner is still new at this, and his first time in opening a business." I also told Kevin.
His eyes immediately light up as he finally knew where this is going at.
"You mean...?"
I nod my head at him.
"How much do we charge him?"
"Same as the flower shop."
He smiled at me before continuing.
"I'll get the boys ready."
"Yes please" Standing up, I head towards my room.
"Where are you going?" Kevin asked.
"Go ahead, I'll just catch up."
"Alright"
Hearing him close the door as he stepped outside my apartment's room, I finally arrived in front of my room's door.
Twisting the knob, I opened the door and stepped inside.
Walking towards the shelf at the left side, I grabbed a small chest-looking box after arriving.
Opening it, stacks of dollars immediately greets me as I placed the money from the envelope inside.
Closing it, I placed the box back on the shelf before making my way towards the wardrobe.
Undressing my current clothes, I put on an oversized yellow sweater and black jeans before heading outside my room.
Oh wait.
Going back inside, I quickly went towards the bed and grabbed my .38 pistol hidden below the pillow.
Tucking it on my pants, I began to make my way outside to my room, and towards the living room.
Once arriving, I took one last look to the whole room before walking towards the door leading towards the hallway outside.
Opening it, I stepped outside my apartment room and began to make my way down the hallway.
After walking down the hallway for a few minutes and the occasional glancing at the doors on each sides that I passed by, I finally arrived at the lobby where I saw Kevin along with Dave and Nick waiting for me.
Damn, that fast?
"Yo" I said to them.
"Hey" they all said at the same time as they greeted me.
"How'd you gather them that fast?" I asked Kevin.
"Well, they just happen to pass by the building, and with them just chilling and hanging around, and with them having nothing to do, I just called them over and told them about your plans." He laughed as he pat Nick on the shoulder.
Oh... uh, it seems someone is missing?
"Kevin, where's Christian?" I asked him after finally noticing that he was not present.
"He went with Sarah to do shopping."
Staring at Christian for a moment, I began laughing, followed by Nick and Dave.
"You serious?" Dave asked.
"Dude, I really am serious."
"Alright, let's get the job done then without him." I told them as I led them outside the building.
The busy city outside immediately greets our eyes once we stepped outside, with the bystanders walking pass us and the occasional speeding vehicles down the road, followed by the sounds of sirens as police cars chased them.
Sighing, I looked at the three guys besides me.
"So we just going to do it like we did at the flower shop?" asked Kevin as we began walking down the side walk.
Hmm, do we do it just like that? or should we try another method?
As I began pondering on his question, I suddenly bump into a person walking in front of me.
"Ouch" said a female's voice as I clutch my aching forehead.
"Agh damn, that f*cking hurts!" I yelled.
Hearing a slight thud in front of me, I removed my hands from my face to check who the person was in front of me.
Oh..
It was a.. girl obviously, slightly taller than me, she had blonde hair and a cute face, complete with large round eyes, curved brows, and tall nose, not only that, she had an hour glass body since she was wearing a blouse and a pencil skirt, so I was able to see and observe it clearly.... and also large breast.
I can hear Kevin and Nick whistling besides me.
"S-Sorry, I wasn't looking proper-" she tried to reason.
Feeling irritated at her words, I quickly interrupted her.
"Shut up b*tch, watch where you're..." Feeling the gazes of the other people directed towards me, I stopped my sentence and looked at the gal on the ground, still clutching her aching butt and head.
F-F*cking hell...
Feeling embarrassment welling up inside of me, I was forced to crouch down on her level and extend my hand towards her.
"A-Are you okay, miss?"
