I JUST LOST SOMEONE

We talked last night

I told him every night me and my demons fight

He told me everything will be alright

He said if he was there,when the nightmares come he would hild me tight

I told him this darkness doesn't make me see the light

And he said he would be my sight

I never thought last night would mean goodbye

Now am too numb to cry

My pale eyes are dry

Death you are sly

You make forever seem like a lie

He was the one person I got

When I said I wanna die,he told me I would not

He was the only one my trouble heart sought

But last night for his life he fought

He ran away from death but he was caught

He's always gonna be with me was my thought

Now he's gone,what have I got

Skipping meals

He made life fun,he brought the thrills

Now agony is what my heart feels

He was a cousin

A brother and a friend

He promised to stay with me till the end

He was there when I got my heart broken

He was there when depression hit hardcore

But what's sad is he won't be here anymore

Once again I feel lonely like before.
