Call and parkmeetings

A few days passed after the alliance interview, but there was no response from Suraj's and Kishore was worried about his daughter and the nuisance theory of society and their gossips.

Some more days pass and there was still no response by then , Kishore said to Sunita "there is no response from them yet but don't worry, take it a a good thing because you can do what you want. There are many foreign and NRI alliances for you, but I want you to be near me so I can will look after you and approach you if needed."

It was 7 in the morning now, Sunita was still sleeping, Kishore went to wake up his little fairy, and after waking her he told her about the sudden phone call which told them to meet them in park for to introduce Sunita to all of Suraj's paternal and maternal important family members.

SUNITA POV:-

I m not a doll , they keep silent for five days and now they answer? Do we not have any respect ? First I was against this marriage, now Suraj is liked by all of us , and now all this happening ? What should I do now? I can't let my father go down in society for me. I will give them one last chance just this one.

Sunita gave her approval to Kishore for the meeting ,she said "this is their last chance, please, don't say anymore.

A full house was topsy - turvey and not lesser then vegetable market as they need to get everything ready for snacks chairs and cats to go . Her cousin Sil asked her wash her face , a simple ice massage then simple makeup like kajal, light lipstick and light jewellery.

Today Sunita dressed up according to her father's liking, she looked like an angel to them , she was indeed beautiful too. Then they sat in the parked car.



They reached Nalbaan lake , seeing the huge family of Suraj's, she got scared and looked at her parents , they nod to her and resume walking .

Even Sunita's uncles,aunts and cousins arrived but her family was half the size as Suraj's.

Sunita was slightly filled with fear .

As Anju took her to small jit shaped seating place , all the ladies from Suraj's family attacked or zoomed at her .

Sunita gave her greetings to all , then his grandma started her interview as if she was just waiting to attack her with questions.

GRANDMOTHER POV:-

Dadi- Sunita, please walk with your Sari pulled up to your toes.

Sunita was busy in her thought thinking about which era she's from.

Anju told her eyes to the frontto walk Sunita's temper raised, but she did do what they asked her to do. They asked her to fold hands , she did that ,they ask to take a circle she did that too .

Now grandma was happy . Her elder aunt asked "do you cook ?", she says yes . Again she asked, "do you know to make vada indian dish?" Anju then says "I make it she hasn't tried yet." Her younger aunt asks "what did you make yesterday?" She replied "paneer chapati." Then the aunt smiled . It's been an hour since they asking question after question. Anju asked Kishore from her eyes to start the snacks distribution , Kishore came with the waiters for ladies so Sunita can relax for a little and escape from more questions.

The snacks were finished by all. Then Raj and Naina called Sunita to talk with them alone. They asked "do you any problems with this alliance?" She says "no father" she apologizes for calling him dad before the alliance is fixed. She was asked again "you're sure no one is forcing you right?" she says "yes ". He then blesses her by keeping her hand on his head. Then Naina says "today you are looking beautiful . Why did u do that makeup and hairstyle?" Sunita said "my aunt didn't know if it would suit me, but there was no time to redo it." Then she was asked to go to Anju ,and she said she will by there in a few minutes.

Sunita was just going to sit but Suraj's older cousin Sil came and took her to where Suraj was , then they started roaming in the park side together.

They both were staring each other without sil noticing. Suddenly Sil asked Sunita to tell about her about herself, so Sunita says "I'm a simple, traditional girl with simple aims and desires and I'm studying in final year arts. My hobbies are painting, dancing, and listening music. I am a first class student but not an topper. I love my family and I speak from my heart."

Now Suraj asks her "do you like to visit the disco?"She replied politely "suraj my dad is broad minded but our cultures are the same ,and if he allows me to I can't because the loud music is headache for me and I hate alcohol and smoking. she asks Suraj, "do you like discos?"

Suraj says "same thing" Sunita smiles at him. Sil ( sister in law ) asks her "do you know how to stitch?", she nods in yes .

Suraj asks her "is anyone forcing you into this alliance?" She shakes her head.

Then she asks him the same question he shakes his head. Then they head back. . They wish each other goodbye and they all move out of the park Suraj's paternal aunt asked her to accompany her in boating, but Anju politely replies first "let the alliance be fixed first, then you both can do boating, also, we are tired as this was very sudden for us so please allow us to go." They move out of park.
