Unpredictable

"You are okay?" Nate asked who somehow suddenly felt worried about Sue.

"I'm okay Nara, I'm just choking from talking too much," said Sue casually, which of course wasn't the real reason.

It's different with Nate, Nara has been busy holding back his laughter. He really felt tickled to see his brother's behavior that was different from usual.

He felt that his feelings for the point of view where his brother really liked Sue were true.

"Drink a lot so your throat doesn't feel dry," said Nate a little hesitantly, but Sue replied quickly and enthusiastically.

"Thank you, you are very kind Nara," said Sue.

'Wake up Nate!' Nate mumbled trying to wake himself up so he wouldn't be fooled. .

'How strange that boy, didn't I just reprimand him? Why was his reaction so exaggerated? Is it possible-'

Nate stopped his sentence, jumped in disbelief at his own thoughts.
