SUPER STASIS

I woke up one morning...night, and realized it was still eight pm.

I was confused then tried to force myself back to sleep, I wasn't getting insomnia, no, not me.

I work up at least an hour...or a second later then groaned, I had only had my eyes closed for a second.

I decided to drink a glass...ice of water and I did, then used my light to fall into a deep sleep.

I was woken up when Anneliese rudely interrupted my sleep, at least three hours later then asked the problem and she showed me her watch.

I looked at her then said,"We'll get a repairman tomorrow."

"You don't get it..."She said,"...my watch has been stuck in these three seconds for five hours now, so as the clock and even our alarm clock."

I actually then realized every clock had been going forward three seconds, then backwards three seconds...for hours, and the sun hadn't thought about rising either.

Cocks were definitely crowing, but it looked like it was dead night.

I also couldn't be in a dream because I had the sensation of pain when Anneliese slapped me across the face, so what was going on?

I got off bed and took a step forward when I felt a sudden surge in my body and by the time I realized...I was back in bed, in the exact position I was in before I stood up.

I jumped off and got into my robe then tried to run out of the room but my efforts were futile as I was just reversed to my previous position...with my memories intact and then I wondered,' If I have my memories back right now, how will I know the number of times time was reversed with my memories erased? '

I just decided to brush the thought aside and realized something... everything in a half kilometer radius was night, but outside that spherical bubble, I could sense nothing at all...we were isolated.

I also couldn't get out of bed as I had been reversed at least twenty six times...I lost count.

I just wondered what was going on and we couldn't get help since we couldn't move.

Nicky was in bed with her eyes glowing white when an invisible pulse shot out from her, and went through the entire sphere, reversing time and erasing memories then went to the border and broke through, making it extend by about fifteen meters, adding more objects to the prison, those which were partially caught, were undamaged, but only half of them could move, the other part always reversed to its original position, making the connection between the two parts experience a lot of strain, therefore...it was better not to move.

Curtis had been stuck standing at the door with Alexa ever since Nicky fell asleep.

He knew he had a lot of ways out...a lot, but he couldn't just send everything into the Space between spaces or teleport everything out, he had to dig out the root of the problem.

His body turned translucent as he gave Alexa a kiss before vanishing and she prayed for the best till another pulse wiped it from her memory.

Curtis looked at his daughter from the fourth dimension then touched her forehead and looked into her dream, there was nothing but a jumbled up mess of words, it didn't make sense, he'd need an expert mind controller for help, so...

"Daah!"Lilith yelled.

She realized she was in a place she had never seen before in all colours of the rainbow and more then looked at Curtis...s, she didn't understand anything, not even what he said, until she was sent to the fourth dimension and her body was given a totally weird makeover.

He spoke to her telepathically to read Nicky's mind and she did and experienced just the same thing, she didn't understand it.

"Why don't you try asking Jessica?"Alek asked.

"When did you get here?"Curtis asked, weirded out.

"A few days ago, seconds according to the inaccurate frozen time."

"Then why didn't you bring Jessica?"

"She's a deep sleeper, not even an earthquake could wake that log up."

Curtis then shrugged then vanished and appeared with Jessica in his hands.

Her four dimensional body literally passed through his and she fell endlessly through the supposedly solid floor and was awoken by the amplified sounds all around her, her screams echoing on every surface.

She appeared right besides Lilith again and hugged her elder sister then told them about her ' nightmare ' which they told her was true.

It took her a while to digest the prospect, but when she did, she read Nicky's mind and said,"She's only half asleep, that's why we're only getting half the message, the other half of her consciousness is what is making the Super Stasis."

"So how do we stop it?"Curtis asked.

"Why are you asking me? I don't know."Jessica said, a little annoyed,"Ask my dad."

Curtis frowned then groaned and asked,"Do you like want me to bring the whole town in here?!"

They all shrugged then he groaned again...

So the entire quarter of the city had been teleported out due to Curtis's, Alek's and Catherine's efforts but Nicky was still asleep, and no one knew how long that would last,but Alexa wanted her daughter back...badly.

This happened till she...we remembered her twin brother and his...connections and he easily woke her up by forcing her consciousness back together.

She woke up and the entire Super Stasis field shrank back to herself and the sunlight which had been blocked and accumulated from the outside shot through like a laser, ready to fry everything in its way.

We teleported her out in time but everything else that couldn't stand the heat was literally incinerated.
