Break

I woke up with a yawn. I was still tired. I turned and saw Lloyd was still asleep so I watched him for a few minutes. Then got up and changed into clothes that were not splattered with gore. I went outside and saw Gaara and the other Lloyd were already awake. "Morning," I said.

"Good Morning, Y/n," other Lloyd said.

I smiled a little. "Says the guy with dark circles under his eyes. Did you sleep at all?"

He shook his head. "I swear I kept hearing people walking around last night."

I looked around. A lot of people were already milling around. "I can believe that."

Gaara shook his head. "He thinks they weren't a part of our group."

I blinked. "Really? Hmm." I yawned.

"Did you sleep?" Other Lloyd asked.

"I slept but I'm still tired."

Gaara nodded. "Leading people can be tiring."

I grinned. "Yeah, well now I can push some of the workload onto you guys."

"HOW DARE YOU?!?" A female voice that I recognized screamed.

I groaned. "Not again." I ran over. "Misako, Koko, stop!"

"She said that I wouldn't care if my son dies!" Misako said.

I scowled. "Koko, please don't forget that her son is my husband."

"You don't care about him either!" Koko snapped.

My eyes narrowed. "Excuse me? I love my husband."

"Then why do you let him out into danger?"

"For the same reason, I'm letting everyone I care about into danger. Without all of us, this war will be lost and Liam will win!"

"He's your father! Why don't we just give you to him!"

"Why didn't you give your son to his evil father?" I shot back.

She froze. "How dare you!"

"Mom, stop," other Lloyd snapped.

She whirled on him ."Why? All I'm saying is the truth!"

"Y/n is my friend and I'm not going to let a stupid ass whole have her."

"She got you captured!"

"Liam had told her he would leave us all alone if she went with him! He lied!"

My Lloyd came over. "Again?" He asked me.

I nodded. "But this time she's after me too."

His eyes narrowed. "What do you mean?" His tail had gone completely still.

"Apparently I don't care about you and I should be given up to Liam," I said

He turned to Koko. "My wife will not be given up to Liam," he growled at her.

"She should! He's her father!" Koko said.

"Garmadon was my father and you didn't give me up to him," other Lloyd snapped.

"Because I love you and I didn't want you to be evil!"

"Liam wants me dead, Koko," I said in a deadly calm voice. "There are people here who love me and are willing to die for me. Do you honestly think that I'm happy about that? I'm not. I was thinking about calling this whole thing off because of that but my husband and your son both convinced that it was a stupid idea."

Kok turned to her son. "You did?"

He looked at her coldly. "Yes. I don't want my friend to be killed."

Koko turned to me. "How do you know he wants you dead?"

"Uh, hello? He's already killed me!" I said pointedly.

"Well, maybe that was an accident?" She suggested.

"Hell, no. He did it on purpose. He made sure I was wearing Venge Stone so I couldn't heal myself."

"Hey, Y/n!" A voice called.

I turned. "Oh, hey, Sakura."

"We found a couple more injured and their wounds are making us run out of chakra. Will you heal them?"

I nodded then turned to the others. "I'll be back." I followed her. To my surprise, it was Cole who was severely injured. I ran over to his bed. "Cole?"

He opened his eyes. "Hey, Y/n." His eyes fell shut and his body spasmed.

I put my hand over the huge gash in his side and urged my healing power to the surface. Purple stuff floated out of the wound and then it began to close up. So whatever had hurt him had been coated in poison. When the wound was closed I looked at him. "What happened? I saw you yesterday after the battle and you were fine."

He sat up. "A couple of people from the opposite side showed up last night. The other Cole and I took care of them. I was the only one that got injured and he carried me here."

I frowned. "The other Lloyd was right. We had trespassers while we slept." I turned to Sakura. "I'll be right back." I ran out of the tent and found Gaara and the other Lloyd standing by each other but doing different things. "Lloyd, you were right. We had trespassers last night," I said.

The other Lloyd winced. "I had been hoping to be wrong."

"This world's Cole and your Cole confronted them last night. Our Cole got injured and yours carried him here. I'm thinking we should set up a guarding system so it doesn't happen again."

Gaara nodded. "Who do you want on it?"

"We'll have Naruto, Sasuke, and Kankuro for the first watch. They'll stand guard for two hours and then switch off with another group. You can choose." I paused. "Actually have Naruto, Sasuke, and Kankuro be in charge of the guards. Just don't let anyone guard for more than two hours. We all need sleep." They nodded and went off to tell those three. I found the other Nya staring at the ground. "Hey, what's wrong?" I asked her.

"I'm just thinking," she replied.

"About?"

"In this world, Jay and I are together."

"Yes."

"It's weird."

I shook my head. "Not really. The Jay from your world actually likes you. He just keeps it to himself."

"Why?"

I sighed. "Oh, Nya. He thinks you don't like him in that way." I frowned. "Do you like him in that way?"

"I...don't know."

I nodded. "Probably bested to think about it and see if you like him." I turned to go.

"Y/n?"

I turned back. "Hmm?"

"You're an excellent leader."

I smiled. "Thanks." I hurried off. I bumped into Harumi. "Hey," I said.

"Hey. I heard we had intruders last night," she said.

"Yeah. We're setting up guards. They'll change out every two hours."

She nodded. "That's a good way to make sure that no one gets too tired."

"Mm-hmm."

"I heard Kok and Misako started fighting earlier."

I nodded unhappily. "She tried to drag me down too."

"That's what Lloyd said."

I grinned. "Which Lloyd?"

She snorted. "Your husband."

"Ah." I looked around. "I have to get back to the Medic Tent."

"There are some people injured?"

"Let's just say the Coles weren't the only people that bumped into those ass wholes." I ran off.
