-Yo! It's SukunaGojo and this time I won't take nearly 2 weeks to make a chapter! This will be posted Saturday for sure because this chapter is already completely thought out so hopefully it won't take too long. Anyway I hope you enjoy! -After this chapter Ichirou will become so, so, SO much more OP so should I make the villains slightly stronger? It's not like the MHA canon will be effected much but it could give an extremely held back Ichirou with all of his limbs cut off a challenge.-

-Once again, should the MC go to UA? I have it all planned out but if its not wanted then I already have a solid idea on what canon divergence would be like anyways.-

[First Person POV]

As I watch Eraser Head jump building to building, I had a nefarious idea. To divide my abilities into certain sectors to maximize and sort my power using the hack of getting a quirk, allowing All For One to take it, him giving it back to me, rinse and repeat.

And my duplicate of All For One evolves quirks. That would give me an unimaginable level of strength and with my limitless body the quirks won't overload my body. The only thing that I'll need to worry about is if All For One decided to betray me and keep the quirk.

But I could easily beat him with Infinity alone. And if he doesn't I'll let him live for a little bit longer. But at the end of the day All For One is a devilish figure and getting him out of the way saves me a lot of trouble if I decide to go to UA.

Honestly UA wouldn't do much for getting me stronger but it would be fun to interact with the canon main cast.

I know its easily possible to duplicate quirks so this is my full process. 

First, the doctor gives certain Nomu powerful quirks. Next, I steal the quirk given it's first evolution. After that, All For One gets the quirk and I take it. It evolves and we repeat that process until the quirk hits ground breaking solar system obliterating attacks.

Teleporting, I surprise the doctor, making his eyes slightly widen but easily collecting his cool, he swiftly responded.

"Well, well, well. I see your act of Rimuru has gone well. I've seen you fought a large amount of powerful villains and vigilantes alike. That must've enlarged your versatility by quite a bit. What brings you here?" 

"I have an idea," I grinned while putting my hand up.

After I put my hand down and look at my palm, it's been six months. The plan I devised has been executed flawlessly, each step refining my abilities and expanding my power exponentially.

The quirks I'd gained and evolved were fire, temperature, gas, heat, friction, water, freezing, ice, vine, earth, ground, glass, mineral, nature, steel, metal, animal, electricity, lightning, thunderbolt, voltage, darkness, shadow, light, energy, explosion, sound, lava, wind, air, gust, and radiation manipulation quirks. All that have been found and evolved. This evolution process is like a stronger quirk awakening that has a max of 10 uses. Sadly, it can't be used infinitely.

And during that timespan, it crossed my mind. Why don't I evolve All For One's duplicate quirk itself? Now with my version of All For One can merge quirks but I couldn't get its evolution aspect to increase its potency. Not to mention I can also bestow them.

This leads me to my situation; getting ready to create the first sector. The Elemental Sector.

Having my usual clothes of a tight black workout shirt, long white gi pants and martial art shoes. I look at my surroundings.

I was a large field with beautiful forest trees, grassy expansions of laud and even a beautiful river giving the place an ethereal and amazing look.

Which was currently being atomized by the sheer aura emitting from me. Pain was exploding throughout my body, even with months of prep, training and pain tolerance quirks, it hurt like each one of my atoms were being pierced, stabbed, and then obliterated.

Though throughout the entire process a single decibel of sound hadn't been emitted from me. After years of torturous training, my will had exceled.

If it's just pain, Ichirou Raijin won't stop.

After a long and grueling 2 hours, the sector had been completed. I haven't felt better. A large amount of rainbow aura emitted from my body, turning me into lightshow as I was marveled at my new power.

The Elemental Sector had not only given me perfect control of all the quirks, not only removed all the apparent weaknesses of them, not only erased a drain of strain on all the quirks, but made them 5 times stronger.

"Woah. I feel everything around me. The butterflies around 13 miles away at 7 o'clock. I guess my senses have been massively upgraded," I stated with a slightly deeper voice.

Creating a pillar of fire, water, ice, earth, thunder, darkness, light, energy, and radiation I smirked.

"Now I really am overpowered anime protagonist. Maybe deuteragonist since Midoriya is a much nicer person then me," I said throwing a wave of fire, obliterating 150 meters of the forest while being heavily held back.

Quickly stopping the forest fire, I fly up into the air and decide to get rid of some steam. Pausing the flow of time, I drop meteors, hollow purples, fire ice and more while having loud battle cries at the same time.

Looking at my work and reversing and unpausing time I levitate down.

As my feet hit the ground, I probably should've hit a 'Throughout Heaven & Earth, I Alone, Am The Honored One,' moment. 

But hey.

Now I don't think I create another sector for while now but at this point I think I shouldn't try to get anymore abilities.

At this point there's only 5 and a half months until All Might VS All For One and I have no intention to help either.

If I help All Might, Izuku doesn't get One For All. If I help All For One, All Might dies, the world goes to chaos and everything becomes way too unpredictable.

Also I had the Doctor create me an identity that is called Ichirou Shinra. I have the same hair but now I have golden eyes and star designed eyes like in Oshi no Ko.

I've evolved my space and time manipulation to the point where I've created an advanced Hyperbolic Time Chamber pocket spatial dimension but every one hour outside is 10 years inside.

I've absolutely perfected time manipulation so my main use of power will be fire manipulation, gravity manipulation, and spatial manipulation.

Most of the time will be used for martial arts training and sword mastery since for the past few years all my focus has been quirk and power training.

While I'm at it maybe I should learn some more Demon Slayer moves since I've already mastered and perfect Total Concentration Breathing.

The doctor also made it that I live in a normal yet comfy apartment which wouldn't be a lie since anytime I'll need to leave the dimension I'll just come back there.

Making sure that nothing was suspect, my file was an orphan who was self-sustaining and had a lot of money from my biological father's inheritance.

The dimension is already packed with a large amount of food, water, necessities and appliances. So now it's time to bunker down and come back for the UA entrance exams or if something interesting happens!

I wonder how Midoriya is doing anyways?

[Third Person POV]

All Men Aren't Created Equally.

This is something Izuku Midoriya had to learn and adapt to at the young and ripe age of 4 years of age and life. This was the age where he had to succumb to and accept this truth. 

Around 80% of the world had some sort of uncanny ability that turned dreams into reality. But due to this extreme shift, the world was thrown into chaos. Until the heroes.

Heroes are people who serve the government to save people and defeat villains in a variety of ways but all had to do with a quirk.

Sadly, Midoriya was apart of that 20% who couldn't utilize an ability like the others. And his childhood 'friend' Katsuki Bakugo has been terrorizing him in an effort of pettiness and a superiority complex.

Midoriya has been bullied by Bakugo for over ten years; a decade of suffering, embarrassment, and disrespect. Though after being raised with Bakugo by birth due to the mothers being great friends he might've developed a slight amount of Stockholm Syndrome.

Due to this, Bakugo has never gotten the punishment that he clearly deserves.

Midoriya, in another painful and hurtful day of middle school is going over the fight with Kamui Woods and Mt. Lady.

"Woah I can't believe the fight happened today! Kamui Woods has such a versatile quirk and despite only being around for few months he's been rapidly rising the ranks and has already hit the top 100," Midoriya muttered under his breath, gaining his usual stares of disgust and annoyance. 

"But Mt. Lady also has a lot of potential and showed great power during her debut but due to her size she won't be able to work as great in tiny spaces," Midoriya continued.

Before he could continue in his state of delusion, the teacher walked in and immediately got to work in effectively getting the class to quiet down.

"Alright class settle down now! There is a variety of things that we have to complete. First off, we have a brand new student joining Aldera," the teacher said.

"You may come in now."

The student who walked in had short neck-length white hair with blue highlights and shiny golden eyes with a six-armed star in the pupils of both eyes. He was 6'1" or 184 centimeters and had a muscular yet lean body with carved arms and perfect abdominal muscles that could even be seen through the slightly-baggy school uniform of Aldera.

"Yo, my name is Ichirou Shinra. Please treat me well," Ichirou said simply before bowing in front of the class.

"Class, please welcome our new student, Ichirou Shinra," the teacher continued. "Ichirou, you can take a behind to Midoriya."

Izuku was surprised but tried to keep his cool. As Ichirou walked by, Midoriya tried to create an introduction for himself, "H-hey! My name is I-Izuku Midoriya!"

"Hi," Ichirou stated before sitting down.

'Oh man I just created a fool of my self!' Izuku thought, wallowing in the self-pity that has been drowning him for multiple years on end.

Soon the class exploded into conversion and questions.

"Hey Shinra, what's your quirk?" A random classmate asked.

'I've already gotten this solved and filed by the government and when I show an array of abilities no one will question much,' Ichirou thought.

"My quirk is called Legacy. It allowed me to use all the abilities of the first anime that I've seen but after that I can't switch what anime it is without serious focus," he said in pure confidence.

'What a crazy quirk!' Midoriya thought before starting up a mutter spree, regaining his pitying and disgusted looks. 

"Woah that's crazy overpowered! Can't you use something like Dragon Ball or Tensura?" Another classmate said, yelling in excitement.

"Dude that quirk is easily better then Bakugo!"

"Hold on what which abilities do you have on right now?"

"That's for me to know, and for you to find out," Ichirou said playfully smirking while putting up a thumbs-up.

"Aw come o-"

"Alright class that is enough! We have quite a packed schedule today and your guys sidebar conversations are disrupting your learning experience. Speaking of which, to begin the class, you'll all need to complete these career aptitude forms," he began.

"But I wouldn't be surprised if all of you are going for the hero course!" He exclaimed.

"Yeah!" Was the yell of happiness that echoed around the classroom.

"Yes, you all have some impressive quirks but no usage of it in school; get a hold of yourself," the teacher stated.

"Hey teach! Don't lump me in with these pathetic losers, I'm the real deal but these guys will be lucky to end up as a sidekick to some busted D-lister," said the cocky voice of one Katsuki Bakugo.

"Woah there you think your ahead of use Bakugo!" said the responding voices of the other classmates.

"Get a hold of yourself I'll take you all on!" stated Bakugo confidently.

"Well you do have impressive scores, maybe you will get into UA," spoke the teacher calmly.

"Woah he's trying out for the national school?"

"It has a 0.2% acceptance rate! It's nearly impossible for anyone to go there!"

Smirking, Bakugo continued, "That's why it's the only school that could benefit me," he said, jumping up to stand on his desk.

"I've aced all of the mock exams already, I'm the only one in this garbage school that could even think of going into this school! I'll end up more popular then every hero in history and become the richest hero of all time; and it all starts with UA High-"

"Oh yeah Midoriya and Shinra, don't you both want to go to UA?"

Bakugo stammered and had a look a shock.

"DEKU!" Bakugo said rushing towards Midoriya, but before he could explode his desk, Ichirou's Infinity that had swiftly surrounded his desk quickly stopped his movement.

Standing up, Ichirou began to speak, "Bro, are you good? He just wants to go to a school." 

Making a strange face of confusion, Bakugo asked, "Why the hell can't I move!"

"I've created a barrier that has slowed your movements to a halt," looking the class he continued, "That is your one and only hint on what skills I'm using."

"Don't get cocky Bakugo, I could easily defeat you with a flick of my finger," stated Ichirou looking him directly into Bakugo's eyes.
