Isagi pov
Isagi, known for his keen analytical mind, was laser-focused on the play that had just unfolded before him. Nakada's ability to thwart the Kaiser Impact, a move renowned for its lightning speed, intrigued him immensely
.
"Interesting," Isagi muttered to himself as he rewound the footage mentally. "Nakada clearly anticipated Kaiser's move. But did he gamble, or did he possess knowledge of the Kaiser Impact's mechanics that we're not aware of?"
.
Isagi scrutinized the scene again, meticulously breaking down Nakada's actions. "From what I can tell, Nakada didn't merely guess.
He moved his leg with a purpose, almost as if he knew where the ball was headed."
.
Then, a spark of realization hit him. "Wait, could it be...? Does Nakada have some insight into the Kaiser Impact's execution that we don't? Could he have predicted the variable direction it can take?"
As Isagi delved deeper into the analysis, he understood that Nakada's ability to stop the Kaiser Impact wasn't just luck.
.
It was a calculated risk, based on his understanding of the technique's intricacies. Nakada's intelligence on the field seemed to extend beyond mere skill; it was a comprehensive comprehension of the sport's nuances that set him apart.
.
"But even if he knew this, how will he known when Kaiser would shot the ball,"Isagi mutter to himself as the purple piece started to fly around him.
Isagi couldn't help but marvel at Nakada's defense against the Kaiser Impact. It was a technique that had struck fear into the hearts of many defenders. Kaiser had used it to great effect, turning the tide of countless matches in Bastard Munchen's favor.
.
"But," Isagi thought to himself, "if Nakada has figured out how to completely neutralize the Kaiser Impact, then he's effectively disarmed Kaiser's most potent weapon. It's like taking a lion's fangs."
.
He pondered the conundrum. "It can't be just a lucky guess. Nakada knew something, understood something about how Kaiser executes that move. But how? Even if Kaiser decided to shoot in a different direction at the last moment, Nakada could have been caught off guard."
.
Isagi's analytical mind raced. "Unless... Unless Nakada was somehow reading Kaiser's intent, predicting not just where the ball was headed, but what Kaiser was planning to do."
.
It was a perplexing puzzle. Why hadn't Kaiser used a feint, a fake-out to mislead Nakada? "Is he unaware that Nakada might have cracked his code?" Isagi mused. "Or is there something more to Nakada's defensive prowess that i am still missing?"
As Isagi continued to ponder the enigma that was Nakada's defensive success, a realization struck him like a bolt of lightning.
.
His eyes widened, he had finally realize how Nakada did it after thinking about for a while, the way Nakada stopped the Kaiser impact.
"Nakada, you sly genius," Isagi muttered to himself. "You used Kaiser own ego against him didnt you,you used the fact that he wanted to beat you against him"
The pieces of the puzzle fell into place.
Nakada knew Kaiser's biggest weakness, his overwhelming desire to prove himself, to assert his dominance on the field. And Nakada exploited that weakness to its fullest.
.
"He knew Kaiser couldn't resist a one-on-one challenge," Isagi thought. "He understood that Kaiser would rather take the shot himself than pass, even when passing would have been the smarter play."
.
Isagi admired at the psychological game that had played out on the field. Nakada had not just outmaneuvered Kaiser physically, but he had also outwitted him mentally.
He was using his opponent's ego as a weapon against them.
"Smart move, Nakada," Isagi muttered, a wry smile forming on his face. "You're not just a prodigy with the ball; you're a strategist on the pitch as well."
After those words left his mouth the puzzle piece started to fly around him once again and he was excited at the amount of info he was processing.
The way Nakada move the way he seem to use people weopon against them it was so much fun processing all that information in his head.
Considering they were getting a free kick he wondered what Nakada would do…probably guarding Kaiser.
Did that mean...he could use this chance to score his own goal?
.
Nakada would be busy guarding Kaiser, While some of his attention would be on Reo.
He currently has no one guarding him so all he has to do is still a pass meant for Kaiser and shot.
With no one specificily guarding this should be easy.
As the corner kick was about to reach its zenith, the viewers held their collective breath.
Ness's precision was undeniable, and the ball arched perfectly toward Kaiser, who had positioned himself for a powerful header that could potentially equalize the score.
However, the game took an unexpected turn. Out of nowhere, Isagi appeared, seemingly materializing in the penalty area like a ghost.
It was a bold move, as he aimed to intercept the ball in mid-air and redirect it toward the goal. His eyes blazed with determination, and for a moment, it looked like he might pull off a spectacular play.
.
But just as Isagi's head met the ball, Nakada, like a guardian angel, swooped in. With impeccable timing and anticipation, Nakada's forehead connected with the ball, sending it sailing away from the goal.
It was a miraculous defensive header that defied belief.
As they both descended to the ground, Isagi was met with Nakada's calm but knowing gaze. Nakada's words, uttered with a hint of a wry smile, pierced the intensity of the moment, "I can read you like a book.".
