I messed up! I let my guard down in the presence of that vampire and now Emma is gone and I can't think straight. I let them take her, they took my gears too and I was left in nothing but my clothes and my racing thoughts.
I kept banging on the door and shouting at whoever was out there to open the damn door and let me out, fiddling with the locks too but it wouldn't open. I kicked it too but it only shook from the impact, it might be an old door but it was damn too strong. I paced to the window opening it and looking around the bright skies, I leveled my gaze.
