"Can Samuel handle this? I don't want any mistakes" I said, dropping the stack of papers on my desk. This won't do, in Juneau I could easily follow her every movement and watch her closely, I had always created the time even when I didn't.
At times I would come to her when she was asleep, Emma found it difficult to sleep now and had pills to help her so she's always knocked out. I would watch her every night eager to break the distance and make contact but if I did that she would know. I don't know what her reaction would be but I could tell she won't be too happy to see me.
The flash of the dead look in her eyes that day at the greenhouse found me. I shook my head to wave it off.
"Samuel will do a good job, trust me"
I snapped my gaze to Singe's who had assured me for the 11th time. "If he messes up I take his head, I don't care if he's your brother," I remarked coldly. Singe visibly gulped but said nothing.
