"We're close," I said. "Very close, it's up to Emmaline now. Do you think she can do it?" I asked with a smirk, slowly turning to my guest. "Wanna bet?"
"What you're doing is wrong," she whispered. "You're dealing with forces greater than you"
"Oh come on, where's the fun if you aren't in agreement" I slid my hands into my pockets, slowly stalking toward her. "We're partners aren't we?"
