"I'm sorry" he began in a robust tone. "I will never do that... again"

"I hate you," 

He pulled away so that he would meet my eyes, he laid me back on the pillow so that my back rested on it.

"I know," he said, giving me the glass of water, and I took it before taking a slip, and then a sigh escaped me.

"I told the chef to make something for you, you need to get something in your system," he took the glass from me.

"How long have I been asleep?"

"A week"

My eyes widened. "A-A week?"

"I thought it would be longer than that," he said with sad eyes. "Because of the treatment"

"Was I that hurt?" I asked which was yet another stupid question for me to ask, I felt my neck and the memories of that vampire sinking his fangs in my neck clouded my mind.

"Emma"

I shifted my gaze to his.
