Theo, with his sunken cheeks, tired eyes with eyebags as big as a saucer asked Mariano for the nth time. They were standing in the foyer, watching a nurse that Mariano put under hypnosis to take care of Minerva who looked like she was going to collapse at any given moment.
Mariano didn't answer Theo's question. He had given him his answer just a minute ago. He was just trying to tolerate his incessant and nonsensical questions because he understood his worries.
The nurse who put an intravenous line on Minerva's arm. She loaded tons of vitamins in it for Minerva to hopefully survive another day. They were thinking of moving her to another place but when they tried to sit her down, she just got up and that's when they realized that they could not really move her. Their only way of helping her was to pray for Calixto to come home soon.
