Mastering Shikai

Ichigo opened his eyes and looked at Yoruichi who was not sleeping beside him.

"Mmph! Mmhp!!"

Ichigo widened his eyes and removed the blanket that was covering him. He saw Yoruichi who was sucking every inch of his dick.

Yoruichi looked at him. "Good morning, Ichigo~" Yoruichi muffled out. Ichigo gulped. Yoruichi proceeded to suck his dick faster.

"Shit." Ichigo grunted and cummed. Yoruichi closed her eyes as white hot liquid entered her mouth.

The white liquid flowed out of her mouth and down to her body. Yoruichi sat up straight and gulped down the cum in her mouth.

She grinned at him. " Are you ready to train?" She asked him. Ichigo nodded. He was still weirded out by the rude awakening but he decided to roll with it.

Ichigo who was now fully clothed stood in the central, rocky cavern of the Study Chamber.

"So what are we training?" Ichigo asked Yoruichi who was fully clothed.

"Do you know about Bankai, Ichigo?" Yoruichi asked him. Ichigo nodded.

" I want you to achieve it in under three days, Ichigo. " Yoruichi demanded. Ichigo nodded.

" Alright. Let's get started then. " Ichigo clapped his hands and rubbed it in excitement.

Yoruichi brought out the Tenshintai, the Tenshintai is a vital spiritual tool of the Onmitsukidō that can externalize a Zanpakutō Spirit.

"To achieve Bankai, you need to externalize your Zanpakuto spirit and force it into submission." Yoruichi explained.

" I will use your Zanpakuto to pierce it and I will use my power to maintain it. I must warn you that it can only be done once and lasts for three days, meaning that you must somehow force your Zanpakuto spirit to submit at this time." Yoruichi continued. Ichigo nodded.

" Shall we get started—

"Yo wassup King. How are you holding up?" Zangetsu appeared beside Ichigo and they fist bumped each other.

"Hi Zangetsu. I'm doing great. But I can be better." Ichigo smiled at him. Zangetsu looked at Yoruichi and whistled.

" Damn! This the girl you fucked yesterday?" Zangetsu asked Ichigo bluntly. Ichigo sighed and nodded.

" This sexy lady is Yoruichi Shihoin and she wants us to achieve Bankai in three days. " Ichigo explained to him. Zangetsu narrowed his eyes at her.

Meanwhile with Yoruichi, she was not even focusing on the conversation. She was focused on Zangetsu's appearance.

'This is Ichigo's Zanpakuto spirit? I thought he would look different than him, I wasn't expecting a lookalike though. And his Reiatsu, why does it feel Hollow-like? ' Yoruichi thought to herself.

"Hey lady! Are you deaf or something?" Zangetsu shouted at her. Yoruichi blinked and snapped out of her stupor.

"O-oh. Sorry." Yoruichi apologized. Zangetsu waved her off nonchalantly.

"It's whatever. And while you were amazed about us looking like twins, we decided that we would not be training to attain Bankai." Zangetsu grinned broadly at her. Yoruichi was stunned.

"Wh-what?" Yoruichi stuttered in confusion. Zangetsu shrugged.

"King's mastery over his Shikai isn't at the level it's supposed to be at right now, at least that's what I think. What I think we should do is to have a mastery over Shikai first. What use is a Bankai if your Shikai isn't even at full strength? " Zangetsu looked at Ichigo for confirmation.

" He does have a point. If I attain Bankai, I would be completely focused on perfecting it when there's my Shikai I haven't even perfected yet." Ichigo backed Zangetsu up.

"And before you say anything, lady. This guy in his Shikai was able to match that old man's Shikai word for word. The old man needed to activate Bankai to cut the King in half." Zangetsu added. Yoruichi was astonished.

" Captain Commander activated Bankai?! " Yoruichi looked at Ichigo for confirmation. Ichigo nodded.

" Zanka no Tachi was the Bankai's name. The old man says I'm the second person to fight him in this state." Ichigo confirmed. Yoruichi was in disbelief.

" You said he was in Shikai when Captain Commander unleashed Bankai? " Yoruichi looked at Zangetsu. Zangetsu crossed his arms..

" How many times do I have to say this? Yes, he was in Shikai when the old man unleashed his Bankai. " Zangetsu grumbled. Yoruichi was speechless.

'How far has Ichigo improved while he was training with Kisuke?' Yoruichi asked herself. She snapped out of it and looked at the two men in front of her.

"If you think that mastering Shikai is best for him, then we'll go along with your plan. Zangetsu-san." Yoruichi muttered out. Zangetsu's grin widened.

"Thanks, sexy! C'mon, King! Let's get to training!"

Three days later, it was now August 7th.

Ichigo stared at the orange screen in front of him with a calm face. Three days of training had led him here. He already felt like he was leagues above the Ichigo from 3 days ago.

"Bad news, Ichigo." Yoruichi interrupted his thought process. Ichigo looked at her. Yoruichi had a frown on her face.

"I was doing some reconnaissance around Seireitei. I overheard someone saying that Rukia is getting executed at Sōkyoku Hill this afternoon." Yoruichi revealed to him. Ichigo got up in an instant.

"You stay far away from there, Yoruichi. My spiritual pressure may knock you out." Ichigo warned her. Yoruichi huffed angrily.

" Who do you think I am huh?! I am called the Flash Goddess for a reason you know?! " Yoruichi argued.

" Yeah. You're a goddess at flashing me your boobs randomly. That's what that title means. " Ichigo smirked back. Yoruichi growled at him like a cat. Ichigo ruffled her soft purple hair.

"All I'm saying is don't get reckless. Stay cautious out there." Ichigo smiled at her and disappeared from the room. Yoruichi sighed.

" I should be saying that to you, idiot."

Rukia stood in silence, she was going to be executed soon. She was tied up by red ropes that were held up by four people standing around her.

"The execution of Kuchiki Rukia shall begin!!" Yamamoto declared to everyone present. Chōjirō, his lieutenant stood beside him in silence.

The ancient captain looked at her. "Do you have any last words?" He asked her. Rukia looked down.

" I only have one thing to say. " She muttered.

Shortly afterwards, an immense amount of Reiatsu begins emanating from Sōkyoku Hill as a ring of Kidō fire is formed around the Sōkyoku.

"After the execution, will you allow the Ryoka to leave unharmed after the execution?" Rukia asked him. Yamamoto nodded.

"Yes, I will. " Yamamoto promised. Rukia smiled a little.

" Thank you. " Rukia muttered. Isane Kotetsu, lieutenant of the 4th division who was watching from a distance, frowned.

"This is cruel. Captain Commander has no intentions of letting them live." Isane muttered. Unohana who was beside her nodded.

"He is being compassionate since this will allow Rukia to die with some peace of mind and without worrying." Unohana muttered to her.

Yamamoto looked at the members of the Kidō Corps assembled around the Sōkyoku. "Let the execution commence!!" He declared.

Near Sōkyoku Hill, several Shinigami observe the Sōkyoku being released as the large ropes entwining it are unbound and left to fall off the cliff, where they crash into the ground below with heavy thuds, leaving the Sōkyoku bare.

Rukia stood on the execution stand before it.

'Even after Gin's words shook me before this, my heart is at peace. Maybe this is due to Captain Commander's promise to spare the lives of Ichigo and the others.' Rukia thought to herself.

'Maybe it's actually the result of my big brother turning his back on me.' Rukia believed.

Suddenly, the restraints binding Rukia's arms behind her back dissipate as three medium-size cubes rise from the platform in front of Rukia, splaying her arms outward on either side and locking her legs together by hovering in front of them before ascending toward the top of the execution scaffold with her frozen in place.

Shunsui looked at Nanao who was looking at this nervously. "Hey. Don't look so sad. You're going to actually make me feel bad." Shunsui smiled at her. Nanao shook her head.

"It's not sadness that I'm feeling, captain." Nanao muttered back.

Suddenly, flames flare out from the base of the Sōkyoku and wreathed themselves around the massive halberd. The Sōkyoku ascended into the air from its hole in the ground.

Suddenly, the Sōkyoku transforms into Kikōō, a massive phoenix composed entirely of flame. Kikōō is the true form of the Sōkyoku and will end the execution by impaling Rukia.

Rukia stared at the Kikōō without fear in her eyes. She was currently thinking about her life and what led it up to this point.

Upon seeing the Kikōō charging at her, Rukia smiled sadly and shed a single tear from her right eye. She closed her eyes and waited for her inevitable end.

"Goodbye Ichigo....I love you..."

*BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMM!!!!*

A giant fiery explosion occurred as the Shinigami saw someone jumping in between the Kikōō and Rukia.

As the resulting collision clears, Rukia opened her eyes and realized she isn't dead. Her face of confusion quickly morphed into a face of astonishment as she saw the person who blocked the Kikōō.

"I.. I.... Ichigo!" Rukia shouted at him. Ichigo looked back at her and grinned.

"Hey Rukia. You look pretty as always." Ichigo greeted her. He looked back at the massive phoenix he was casually blocking with the Asauchi claymore on his right hand.

Soifon watched in pure amazement. "Impossible. He stopped it. That bird is said to have the destructive power of one million Zanpakutō." Soifon muttered. Yamamoto wasn't taking it well either.

"Where did he get his lower half from!" He asked himself while a string of snot was flowing down the left hole of his nose.

You know the shocked Enel face, that's the expression Shunsui and Nanao had on right now.

Byakuya watched with a blank face. But then he smiled a little. "I think Rukia is well taken cared of, Hisana." He muttered to himself.

Suddenly, Kikōō screeches and rears back, it was backing up for a second strike.

Ichigo grinned at it like a maniac. " Come on!!!! I'm right here stupid bird!!! " He shouted psychotically.

The bird screeched loudly and charged at Ichigo. Ichigo strapped his claymore back on his back and clapped his hands.

*BAAAAAAAAAAAMMMM!!!!*

Ichigo grunted as he grabbed onto the Kikōō's red hot beak. He was being pushed back a little.

"Hahahaha!!!" Ichigo laughed loudly. Kikōō screeched at him. Rukia watched as Ichigo's hand glowed red dangerously.

Rukia swore she was hallucinating. Kikōō was getting smaller and smaller. And Ichigo's body was getting brighter and brighter.

Yamamoto watched in horror. "Stop what you're doing boy or you'll explode and kill us all!!!" Yamamoto shouted at him. Ichigo obviously ignored him and kept going.

Kikōō shrunk so much that it wasn't even funny anymore. Soon, all of it disappeared into Ichigo's body.

Ichigo's glowing hands slowly died down. He took a deep breath in an out. He then looked at Rukia and appeared on the top of the execution scaffold behind a bewildered Rukia.

"Wait! What are you going to do?" Rukia asked him with a worried tone. Ichigo looked at her and grinned.

"I'm gonna destroy it." Ichigo told him. Before Rukia could argue with him about how it's impossible to destroy it, Ichigo took out one of his claymores.

He stabbed it onto the scaffold and channelled some of his Reiryoku into the blade.

*CRACK!!!!!*

All of a sudden, every part of the scaffold cracked open.

*BOOOOOOOM!!!!!*

The scaffold broke down and the broken pieces fell to the ground. Every stared in shock as Ichigo destroyed the scaffold with ease.

Ichigo freed Rukia and carried her by putting her over his shoulder. He floated in the air and stared at Yamamoto who was returning his gaze calmly.

"I'm not going to thank you for saving me, idiot!" Rukia scolded him. Ichigo smiled back at her.

"I don't need you to thank me. All that matters to me is that you're safe and sound.
