Chapter 35: **The Encounter with the Giant Centipedes:**

The morning sun began to cast its golden light over the village of Malory as Captain Elara gathered her knights for the mission ahead. Synoh, having been tasked by Captain Elara herself, was now leading a group of ten knights—including Aloy, Meth, Dred, and seven others—to confront the mysterious threat that plagued the village: the Giant Centipede.

**Captain Elara:** (awkwardly) Synoh, I need you and the others to investigate the monster sightings.

**Synoh:** Understood, Captain. We'll handle it.

Despite her apparent embarrassment, Captain Elara's command was firm and resolute. Synoh wasted no time in selecting his team, opting for the three strongest knights in his division after himself—Aloy(brown hair boy), Meth(female with brown hair), and Dred(black hair muscular guy). These knights were known for their prowess and were crucial for facing a formidable opponent like the Giant Centipede.

**Synoh:** (to Aloy, Meth, and Dred) Let's move out. Keep your guard up.

As they followed the scout's directions, they stumbled upon unmistakable tracks left by the Giant Centipede—a telltale sign of its presence. The knights proceeded cautiously, tracking the monstrous creature through the dense forest.

Suddenly, without warning, the ground beneath them erupted as four massive Giant Centipedes burst forth, their segmented bodies gleaming menacingly in the sunlight. The surprise attack caught the knights off guard, testing their reflexes and combat readiness.

**Synoh:** (shouting orders) Defensive formation! Watch out for their mandibles!

The knights quickly formed a defensive perimeter, weapons drawn as they prepared to engage the monstrous adversaries. The Giant Centipedes, each several meters long with venomous fangs and armored carapaces, posed a formidable challenge.

**Aloy:** (gritting her teeth) We need to coordinate attacks! Aim for their vulnerable spots!

**Meth:** (dodging a swipe) They're fast for their size!

**Dred:** (lunging forward) Focus on one at a time! Don't let them overwhelm us!

Despite the initial shock of the ambush, Synoh and his team maintained their composure, rallying against the onslaught. The battle against the Giant Centipedes had begun, testing their mettle and teamwork in the face of a dangerous adversary.

As the clash ensued, each knight fought with determination, their skills and synergy crucial in turning the tide against the monstrous creatures lurking beneath the forest floor.

Dred then use his magic call mana slash. His magic can turn his mana to become a blade and arrow. He then slash the centipede to half. While the other centipede got turned into pieces by Synoh sword attack. Two other centipede got killed by the combo of Meth, Aloy and other knight. After that, they continue to follow the track. In the end of the tracks it a just middle of the forest. Everyone seems confused, but Synoh then tell Aloy and Meth to dig this place using theirs magic. Aloy magic can make a big drilling weapon while Meth can turn the land into a mud. Unexpectedly, they found the tunnel make by the centipede.(Information, top 5 in the division 10 is Synoh, vice captain ursa, Dred, Aloy and Meth.)
