Another one bites the dust

After the kobolds all left, Lilu and the others began getting things done. Lilu pulled out her phone and called up Percy.

"Hello Ms Casteel, what can I do for you today?" Came his voice when the line was answered.

"Hey Percy, what do you know about registering monsters as residents?" She asked, not wanting to take up too much of the mans time.

Percival was silent on the other end of the phone for a small period of time before replying "and exactly why do you need to know this information?" His voice was firm, with a little bit of curiosity, and an undertone of dread.

"Welllll..." Lilu trailed off before continuing "what if I was to accidentally take in a whole tribe of kobolds?"
