Brian's P.O.V

I closed my eyes and ran my hands through my hair. I should have told her what's up. What is wrong with me?. "Babe, you need to get out there. Are you ok?", Tianna asked worried. I opened my eyes looking at her. "Yea, I'm fine. Just a headache, but I'll be fine. Let's go.",I said heading out of the kitchen with her. When we arrived in the living room, everyone was already there. i searched the room for Aava. She was sitting by herself in one of the couches drinking. Everyone else was pretty much sitting and standing. They were having interesting conversations. "Can I have everyone's attention please!", I shouted a little. Enough to get their attention. They looked at me smiling. "Hi again everyone. We have some important things to discuss. So, let's get right to it. As most of you know. We have some important business to take care of. THE SERPENTS are back in town. They're all over the place right now. They're after Aava. We don't know the leader of the gang yet. Still working on that. That's why it's important for us to be careful. Our main task now is to protect Aava. Some of you are already attending her school. Keep an eye out. Some of us will be at her house ........", I said. "What do you mean by some .....I'll have to seek per...." , Aava said. " We already did.", I interrupted her again. She was silent. "Um........its just until next week Monday", I added. "What are we going to do when we find out who the gang leader is?", Lia asked. I thought about it."Well....... we have to kill him or threaten him. It's the only way.....we're going to .....",  I commented. "We've never killed anyone before Brian", Kim blurted out. "Yea babe,  do you want us to stoop so low .We're the best gang in Canada right now. everyone looks up to us. If we pull this off just like that, do you know how much hatred we'll receive. There has to be something else we can do", Tianna suggested. I looked over at Aava who was looking outside. I ran my hand over my mouth. "For now..... we have to work and stay together as a team. That's all there is........for now", I said looking at everyone now. 

Ava's P.O.V

I was out of this world. I was actually thinking about my life. I continued looking outside which really wasn't clear because of the fog on the windows. That's how my life is right now. All messed up. I can't think straight. And i totally forgot all about my SAT'S that i have in a few months and I'm not ready for. This is going to make it even worse. I don't even know if I'll be alive by then, because people are actually after me. And if they want my family's money then they're going to have to kill one of us. And I don't know if that person is ME. Who could possible want my family's money. Well I know that we're rich and stuff but, why us. Why did they choose us. why not another family. This is all giving me a headache. I wish I was home right now lying in my bed. I looked at the time on my phone. 4:OO AM.  I need to get out of here, they must be worried at  home now. "Aava?!", they shouted.  looked around at them frightened. "I'm sorry, my mind was else where.  Are you guys finished yet?", I asked trying to change the topic.."Yea, we are. The meeting's dismissed.", Brian said finally. They all got up and said their goodbyes. I got up feeling relieved. I'm so sleepy.  I felt like I was about to pass out any minute now.
