The Mirage Brothers

Optic was an oddity. And his brother wasn't any different. They were both raised by the streets, yet, by the ages they'd first committed murder, there was still an unquestionable innocence to their faces.

The Mirage Brothers—a somewhat crude title, if anything—had a special hobby, and even more peculiar ways of satisfying urges.

They'd given up their line of work years ago when the Judgement's identity was revealed, forcing him to step out of the limelight. They were also one of the multiple villains foiled by the blasted vigilante.

Optic took to his heels, chasing after his more athletic younger brother. It wasn't a competition and Will knew it.

He slowed his pace, letting his brother catch up. The brothers were now running at arm's length from each other, mimicking the other's movements perfectly.

It was beautiful synchronicity, if not anything else.
