10. The House In Area C

Akira paid his taxi fare and stood for a while outside. After his eyes appreciated enough, he took out the key and opened the small gate. The first thing he saw was the garden of herbs and vegetables which made him very delighted. There were also some fruit trees. The path was in a zigzag and made of  stone slabs. The pathway is big enough to  accommodate two vehicles with some occasional dwarf lemon trees planted in the middle that served as a divider. The pathway becomes two and much wider as it nears the entrance of the house and there was a sakura tree planted in the middle of it. At the back of the sakura tree where the pathway connected again, the parking lot was located. It was wide enough that it could accommodate five vehicles. The house was beautifully blended in a modern and traditional Japanese house. The tea pavilion was separated on the right side that directly viewed the garden. In between The main house and the tea house was a small pathway that led to the backyard where the greenhouse was located. Akira, who was already very delighted at the view he saw, became even more excited as he saw the green house.

Inside the greenhouse were the expensive herbs and medicinal plants located. He even saw some rare medicinal plants at the far end corner of the greenhouse where a two-story laboratory house was built.

Akira tried to put his forefinger on a sensor and the metal door opened.

'Woah! How and when did grandfather take my fingerprint and record it here?' Akira wondered as he entered inside.

A complete research laboratory equipment could be seen on the first floor. Akira's hand trembled in excitement as he slowly touched those pieces of equipment. A silly smile even escaped from his mouth. After feeling enough, he then checked the second floor. The second floor was an office surrounded by floor to ceiling bookshelves with bulletproof window walls in the front.

There was a door between the shelves where a bedroom was located. Inside the bedroom was a full double sized bed, in the front was a 50 inches smart TV attached to the wall, a bedside table and a lampshade on the right corner, on the left side of the bed were the closet and the computer desk. Near the computer desk, was a door to the small kitchen and a bathroom door on the right. The room was especially designed for convenience when wanting to take a rest after a long hour of work and research without the need of going out of the lab.

After looking around the greenhouse and the lab, Akira finally checked the inside of the house. A wide living room, an entertainment room, a library, a bathouse, a kitchen and a laundry room were located on the first floor while on the second floor were the master bedroom, three rooms and two guest rooms. There was also an underground where an underground pool and the training area could be found.

After touring around, Akira heard his stomach grumble. The fridge in the kitchen was empty so he couldn't cook. He decided to order online and ate alone inside the big house in silence.

After eating lunch, Akira took a walk from the entrance of the house to the gate in one round to have some digestion. After 15 minutes he took a bath and took a nap  to rest. Akira slept  for three hours straight.

After waking up, Akira then opened his laptop and logged in to an online shop website to order  some things for him to use.

He first ordered the foods, then bath essentials, utensils and some pairs of clothes. He also bought a cellphone, a pair of slippers and a small shoulder bag. Before the classes will start, he planned to take a drivers licence and buy a motorbike for him to use. But before that, he had to go to a bank first to apply for a card and put all his personal cash that he had saved all these years. He planned on using this for his daily expenses. While all the money that his late grandfather left will be put in a lifetime savings.
