Bobby's pov.

Surviving the past two weeks seemed like a difficult adventure to me, not get chance the hear her voice or see her made the matter worse than I could ever imagine. I know what she is passing through, that why I didn't give it much thought the first week after the incident, I tried holding my self down from thinking about her, I manipulate my brain and restraint my mind from picturing her exquisite face, unfortunately non it work as found myself reminiscing about her every passing seconds.

I was supposed to be announced as the new CEO of hovards Group one week after the misery meeting with Amelia and her father, but due to the unplanned problem that emerged, another one week was added to their schedule, with the aim of delaying the announcement. My father aim was to get me married before I take over the company, funny right? After much plea, I managed to confuse my mom to help me out, she eventually managed to change his mind, and he agreed to let me takeover without getting married to Amelia, but with a warning that I should not think that he was letting me off his hook.

I glanced at Melissa who was sitting beside me, one eyes on the wheel and the other one on her, she was looking out of the car window with her attention fully engrossed into the road side, I doubt if she even sense my eyes on her. Even though I wanted to say something, the problem am going through is where to start from, is she going to believe me? Is she going to get angry? Most especially, is she going to hate me forever?

Since we left the mansion, we didn't say a word to each other, she dosen't ask me where we are heading and I didn't bother to tell her either.

I darted my eyes back to the road again, scanning my head for the perfect word to start a conversation with her. I inhaled silently, if only she knew that the person sitting behind the wheel won't be anywhere to be found in the mansion tomorrow, she won't even think of giving me this silent shoulder.

I cleared my throat.

" Melli..sa" I stuttered, while looking at her reaction from the corner of my eyes, she tilted her head to my side, she glance for a few seconds before looking away again, without saying a word.

" Where are we heading to?" Her question made me flinched a little.

" Somewhere" I managed to say, holding my breath. She doesn't say a word like I expected, and the silent atmosphere clouded us again.

I pulled up in the front of a restaurant, " We are here" I announced.
