Melissa's pov

"Melissa I need you to meet me at Saint Amusement Park, don't tell anyone that I contact you because this is a secret. I need to tell you some secret evidence that will be useful to Bobby. Come alone, and don't tell anyone that I beep you. Waiting.......

I was perplexed as I stared blankly at my phone screen, everything about this message is strange, since I knew Draven I don't think there has been a time he messaged me instead of calling. Moreover, it's been a week since the last time we talked, so I'm quite sure he knew how frustrated I would be just for not hearing anything from. But why the message? It looks like he even typed it in a hurry if you look closely. I know where my thoughts are heading to again, but I was fast to divert my mind from thinking about any crazy thing. In my mind, Draven is fine, that's the word that was ringing in my head continuously, I just don't want to think about the opposite. 

" Melissa, any problem, why the sudden silence" Bobby's voice made me flinch in surprise. I don't know how I completely forgot I was on the phone with someone before Draven's message entered.

In my mind,I started to contemplate whether I should  tell Bobby or not? Since this is all about him helping Bobby, i don't think it is a bad idea if I involve him, No! I don't think that is right, he basically contacted me for a reason, don't let me break his trust......

Battling with my thoughts is one of the most disturbing i always went through every single day, contemplating on different choice, even if I clearly know this us the right, this stupid mind will always bring up another way to address the issue.

I cleared my throat, "Sorry for that, I received a message from my mom and I need to reply immediately " I sniffed, docking my head to the side.

"Hope everything is fine?" He asked, making me wonder if the wearisomeness was very obvious through my voice. 

I cleared my throat loudly this time, " Nothing,that's because of the lump down my throat" I fibbed. He did not say anything immediately, is he not satisfied with my answer or is he suspecting something....

" One last question before I go?" he cut my thoughts off.

" What's that?" 

" Let me know if my father contacts you or threatens you, you hear? If I had I had know that things are likely to turn this way..." he paused, only his heavy breathing was being heard from the phone loud speaker

r. " Trust me, I will never get involved with you, I know that is a big word for me to say, but your well being is way important than this stupid feeling of mine, but since this happened already, I'm willing to go any length to go any length to protect you, even if it will make me go  against my father...."

" Stop this already, do you even think that is going to happen, why do you think he will involved me in this?" I know this is a stupid question, why asking in the first place when I already knew the answer to the question. I think it will be better to explain everything to him in person than explaining it to him over the phone. Yes, I wanted to tell him everything, that's the only option I have, but telling him over the phone is not a good idea like Melanie suggested, the person i'm talking to is way furious than someone you can easily calm down with some lifeless words, so, it's better we see each other in person, then I will spit out the whole truth.

He chuckled, " You are saying this because you don't know the length he can go because of this. You are his last card, you are the only weakness he could use against me that will leave me with no other choice than to follow his lead..... " 

I can help but blushed, no, I don't want to, but I don't know why my face is burning just because he called me his biggest weakness.

" You can just tell him we are done, that we have nothing to do with each other" I managed to say, smirking.

" Anyway,Good for you, but for me, I'm not don't with you, in fact, I will come get you tonight, how does that sound?" 

I don't know whether I should be happy because of that, not like he was serious anyway, I can't let him risk it all just just  because he wanted to see me, there is no way his father will not have installed a spy to monitor his movement, that will only be a problem for me and him......

"Stella will inform you where we are going to meet tonight, can't wait to see you"

" What made you..."

" I'm sorry, but I don't think I will take a No for an answer"

" What if I'm not interested?"

" Then I have no choice than to kidnap you" Even with my occupied mind, I can't help but laugh at his funny reply. I think I'm starting to understand this saying" Sometimes, the more you try to push someone away, the more they get more closer to you, even without you knowing" 

"Let's wait and see, by the way, who is still?" I whispered, like I just asked something that is against the law.

" The phone you are holding, Stella is the owner, can I go now?" 

" Not like I am holding you down" I rolled my eyes at no one in particular.

" You can't....

" See you tonight," he cut me off, before I could even say a word, the call ended. He can't even say an ordinary goodbye, I thought to myself.

The Time made me gasped immediately I brought down the phone, " 4:00pm"

What am I going to do? I need to catch up with Draven, and I don't want to miss seeing The only face I have been craving for. I don't know why, but going to see Draven feels like an adventure of no return.
