Betrayal

Hearing the commotion, others also rushed to Alex's room. Seeing Alex handcuffed, Ema asked angrily, "What's going on? Who are you people, and what are you all doing to Alex?" In response, one of them, a boy with silver hair, gray eyes, and a tall, thin build, revealed his face. His name was Felix, and he spoke in a tone that hinted at a long acquaintance with Ema, "Oh, if it isn't the famous Ema Scarlet, as bossy as ever."

Surprised, Ema questioned, "Felix, what are you doing here? What does the Drag family want with Alex?" Felix clarified, "Don't be mistaken. I am not here as a 'Drag,' but as a member of the order. We are here to catch this monster, Alex."

Ray, with his timid voice, interjected, "Why are you calling Alex a monster? What wrong has he done?" Dismissing Ray's question, a lady from the group responded, "Ask that from your teacher, not from me. We are here to take him into our custody." Following her, an old man impatiently declared, "Enough of this banter! We've wasted precious time already. Take him to the lab immediately. I can't contain my excitement any longer. The experiment awaits, and I'm eager to unravel the mysteries locked within this unsuspecting boy."

Ema, unable to contain her anger, protested, "What experiment? What are you all going to do to Alex? I won't allow you to touch him! Miss Nana, what are you doing? Help us!" However, Nana shockingly revealed, "Why should I help him? I think you are mistaken. I am the one who called them here to take him away."

Alex, in disbelief, tried to speak, "Why would you do something like this? I thought we had something special, but you..." His words were silenced by a magic cast from the girl in the group. "Shut up! Who gave filth like you permission to speak? Now, let's get moving, everyone," she declared. All of them extended their hands, each adorned with a shining ring. An orb surrounded Alex, and he found himself levitating within it.

Inside the orb, Alex felt heartbroken and confused. Questions flooded his mind, wondering what went wrong and why Nana had suddenly betrayed him.

Seeing Ema attempting to help Alex, the old man put her to sleep. "Kids these days don't even have the manners not to interfere with other people's business," he remarked. Ray, unable to do anything, stood silently in a corner of the room.

The group, led by Felix, decided to leave the room and headed towards the city council. Moving at high speed, running from the top of one building to another, the orb followed them. Inside the orb, Alex contemplated what he had done wrong, why Nana betrayed him, and where they were taking him. Fear and uncertainty clouded his thoughts.

Upon reaching the city council, Alex was taken out of the orb and placed inside a jail cell. Felix, with a sinister tone, spoke, "Your good times are over now, kid. Your life will soon become a living hell. Your future will be decided by us in the upcoming meeting." Saying this, he laughed ominously, leaving Alex with a sense of impending doom.
