The World.

Hello everyone, I'm Virgo Venus, the writer of Beyond the Mountains. This chapter is to inform you about the world of Beyond the Mountains.

There are total eight countries in these worlds. Country Il, Ee, Sam, Sah, Oh, Yuk, Chil, Pal. (Yes, these are Korean numbers.)

The country that Nari and Hyo are escaping is Country Sah. And the country beyond mountains is Country Pal.

You'll know about all countries as the story progresses.

The people here wear fusion clothes. You know half traditional half modern clothes. like shirt inside kimono, modernised hanfu, which doesn't reach ankle, jumper and kimono, skirt or pant with hanbeok's jegori (top), modern shoes etc.

Here people are two types of powers.

First one which is the most common type is Mana Holding power. The people with this power can have amplified power after which they kill the powerful beasts when they wear the mana on themselves. They are more powerful than normal people who don't have them.

But the main power is how much mana holding power they have, like the level 2 Mana Holder will be able to kill a level 3 beast with level 4 mana but the most powerful mana holder can kill easily kill level level 1,2,3 beasts without even having mana on themselves, there needs to be mana in their radius.

Another power which is rare is Blessing of Nature. People in country Pal is known to have this power but they aren't out in the world so no one knows about the power much. It is said this power can even make people immortal or they can even cast barriers with the power within or even manifest and manipulate the elements.

But no one knows much about it and it's not even talked about as it's a famous tale that the Protectors of Country Oh, Yuk misued their power to make beasts run rampant and faked killing them for power and fame, they even killed their kin, the protector of country Chil. Their followers were punished which weren't even that big in number. After which it's an unspoken rule to not talk about country Pal as they were all descendants of country Pal.

They say monsters live in Country Pal.

Everyone despises the power of Blessings of Nature.

Also no one has been able to go beyond the mountains and step into Country Pal, so no one knows what country Pal holds.

And people have no last name, especially those without major power in country.
