Hunter stopped running and calmed his breathing...he then spread his feet slightly further apart. One foot in line with his posture and the other a step infront of him.
He then stretched out his left arm and held up his other near to his cheek.
Almost as if...he was about to launch something.

Despite Hunter only being a first class Guardian, he is already at the Advanced stage of mancery creation
You see there are stages to mancery.
Stage one is the primary stage
Stage two is the advanced stage
And stage three is known as the Cardinal stage.
There are also different charms of mancery.
Creation, Summon and enchantment.
Creation is the all purpose charms, you can manifest and control anything you create depending on your mancer type, the control of your projection and lastly the AMOUNT of Zenith actually needed to perform the projection. Some charms also require the user to be cast in an atypical language known as "Latin"
Summon is a charm that very few mancers become efficient in, not only are the charms hard to learn but they're even harder to project. A summon charm takes an immense amount of Zenith but because its so rare to find someone proficient in it little to zero knowledge is actually known about it.
Enchantment, the most important charm for mancers to master or to at least become familiar with. Enchantment is a charm that allows mancers to heal an injury/illness not only for themselves but to others as well. Enchantment also gives the user an enhancement to their capabilities in combat.
