After giving Batman my report I received flying colors from Him including Tornado who gave me a nod.

With nothing else to do in the meantime for the rest of the week, I'd be training my body more with Dinah learning more fighting styles so I can prepare myself better.

But that also soon came to an end and just like the time before at my Squat I didn't need help this time after putting it down finding Dinah next to me throwing a towel on top of me saying.

"Suit up."

(Hall Of Justice)

Just like how I went to Gotham the Zeta Tubes light engulfed me only to spit me out.

Into what seemed to be a library. With its walls lined with books and above that there seemed to be PEOPLE?

Dinah somehow sensed my confusion and decided to speak up.

"They're simply reporters and journalists who just take pictures. Don't worry though this area's soundproof."

I gave out a sigh of relief only for the flashing of cameras bouncing off my peripheral vision.

Like Firefly's oh not like the villain, I think though now can't stop thinking about Him and let out a laugh.

Dinah was startled until I calmed Her down.

Thankfully that didn't take long as I could hear footsteps approaching.

From the other side of the room came eight individuals walking out of the hallway.

The first is Batman and Robin followed by Flash and His Protege Kid Flash. Next was Aqua-man and Aqua-lad. And finally was Green Arrow and His sidekick Speedy.

"I'm no Sidekick!"

At first, I thought Speedy read my mind. Thankfully He didn't Speedy was just likely His usual angry self and then slammed His hat down on the ground walking away from the group.

"Oh, who's the new guy?"

Kid Flash in His yellow jumpsuit asked as he sprung across the room with His super speed and stopped in front of me analyzing my costume.

"He is Shift Black Canary's Protege."

Batman with His robotic tone that puts Red Tornado to shame blandly stated.

Kid Flash after staring me down. Began to give Dinah a once over. I mentally sighed at Kid's antics while Dinah playfully chuckled and Oliver or Green Arrow's mustache twitched.

Aqua-Lad was like me mentally sighing while Robin snickered a bit.

"Now let us discuss the reasons behind four ice villains attacking on the same day."

Batman in a somewhat orderly manner declared getting His fellow Leaguer's attention until Superman's image was shown on the computer across from His.

"Attention Justice League. Support is needed at CADMUS labs fires keep spearing with civilians inside."

Everyone's ears were perked and if not the League I was gonna go and help. Sadly my gut was right with the fire at least.

Giovanni Zatara called the League calling out everyone. Because a magically based villain was going to blotch out the Sun.

Batman spoke out in a tone saying this happens a lot. While also looking at Superman.

Superman simply nodded and responded to Batman.

"Don't worry these fires can be put out by the fire department."

I then looked at my future teammates who all besides Kaldur who was being as calm as He could be.

"We can handle the fire."

Everyone then stared at me like a Deer in headlights.

"You're not ready."

Batman easily claimed while I countered with my statement.

"How am I supposed to address my Teammate's weaknesses and help them improve if I don't see them in the field."

Everyone then looked to Batman with surprised looks like 'What the Hell?'

Batman simply started a staring contest with me while the younger Members looked at me in awe of my confidence.

"Understood. Your mission is to stop the fire while we handle the other issue."

Wow. I honestly didn't think it'd work I sighed a bit in relief while Robin stood awestruck followed by Kid Flash. Leaving Kaldur to His calm demeanor.

Batman soon gave me the location of CADMUS labs pointing me to it on the map provided by the Hall of Justice computer.

After the league left I and my team began to leave and as we did they spoke to me.

"Dude, how'd you stand up to Batman like that?"

"It was impressive."

"I didn't think it'd work Batman must have some trust in you to agree so quickly?"

Robin was the last to speak gaining mine and everyone else's attention at His comment.

I guess following orders played its part as well I guess.

(CADMUS)

Outside the building like my first encounter with my Hero life was a fire that needed to be extinguished.

At the bellowing of cries for help, I began to execute some orders.

"Aqua-Lad use your powers to create a platform and help recover some of the scientists. Robin, you get inside and hack the blueprints to find any more people inside. Kid's with me while we save some scientists giving them to Lad."

At my orders, I couldn't read their expressions so I took it as a sign of acceptance and as I gave my orders everyone followed them to a T.

Aqua-Lad first used the firemen's water line from the fire truck to create a platform which I used to jump into the burning building.

Kid used His super speed and attempted His jump to swiftly begin a fall. Which would've hurt if not for my catching of Him. Bringing Him inside.

Once inside Both Kid and I grabbed whoever we could placing them on the Aqua-Lads watery platform until everyone was secure and the fire was put out.

I then walked to Robin who stood in front of the elevator staring at the schematics.

"What's up?"

Kid saw me about to ask Robin and then just jumped in. Likely due to my tutorship under Dinah.

"This building has more floors than its schematics show?"

I then grew curious which wasn't showing due to my mask. But this little thing led us to SuperBoy so we needed a little push.

"I'll get Aqua-Lad once He's brought here we will investigate stay here beforehand."

And with that, I left to get Kaldur.
