Chapter 71Irina's surprise

"Do you know about those church people?" Sona asked me.

"Yeah, one of them is my childhood friend," I said moving my chess piece.

Currently, I am playing chess with Sona since she asked me to play after school. I think I am forgetting something related to this. I already told her that she would lose but she insisted me to play anyway.

I know that Irina and Xenovia entered the town this morning. Originally, she was supposed to go to Issei's house to meet Issei and his family but from my involvement, Irina didn't go there and went straight to Student Council to ask for a meeting with Gremory and her peerage. Sona already permitted them and asked for Rias to respond.

Right now when they are talking, I am playing game chess with this bespectacled girl to let the event be held in Occult Research Club. I don't think my involvement is needed there. So instead I decided to spend some time with this ever serious girl.

"Would they be fine? I mean there are two of your girlfriends in Rias' peerage." Sona said with a little cold tone. Perhaps she is a little jealous.

"It's okay. They are strong and I already told them about the encounter. After all, I am the strongest and smartest human in this world." I said with another move on board.

Sona frowned and said, "You always said that you are strong and powerful but how strong exactly are you?" She made another move on the board.

"Do you really want to know? I may be a monster that went beyond your or anyone's imagination." I said with a serious face.

She gulped and adjusted her glasses with sweat on her head. She looked at me for a response.

"Okay, then I will only tell you that I cannot be killed by anyone on this planet. You can check by any means." I said taking out a dagger and placed in on the table.

"You are my benefactor Yukio. I won't do anything like this even if you are immortal. And please don't say these kinds of words and have little faith in this devil." She said with a shaking voice.

"Sorry... I didn't mean to say like this..." I usually say thinks like devils are evil or idiots when they failed in tests that I took in their morning training.

"Checkmate," Sona said and I realized that I was still in the game. I see I lost.

"Wait! How is that possible?" I asked in shock.

"It's your teaching sensei. Engage your opponent in an emotional fight if he is stronger than you in actual battle." She said with a helpless smile. "And it's not like you lost because I was better. I know the reason if you know about me..." She bit her lips with her face down.

I am not dense to not know the feelings of this girl. It's just that I am waiting for everyone in my house to let them introduce to the outside world and by doing so it may raise a conflict between me and Devil Kings. No, I will definitely raise the conflict because I want something from then that will soon be trouble for them.

I know they all believed in me because I have more information than anyone in anything. She said this because I know the reason behind this game of chess is for Sona to find her life partner whoever will beat her in chess but I am not ready to accept her feelings yet. It is because she is the sister of a Devil King and...

"Is it because I am a pure-blooded devil?" She asked with a serious face but I can see her eyes were shaking with a little fear. Fear that I won't ever accept a pure-blooded.

"Sigh* You know it's not like that So-chan. If it was the reason, I wouldn't train you or befriend you. I am not ready to accept feelings between ourselves. I am not honest with you." I said looking into her eyes.

"I see..." She nodded and rolled her chair as to not face me and wiped a tear from her eyes.

Sighed. I stood up and walked to the door to see the match between Issei and Kiba versus Irina and Xenovia. I think my name was not mentioned with either party.

"When the time comes, I will be honest with you and then we will have a serious chess match," I said and walked away.

A smile appeared on Sona's face after that. She then took out a book which was written by the mother of Yukio. Sona always went to his Cafe after school to talk with the real him but he was either busy or only his clone was working.

Seeing Sona's sad expression and understanding the nature of her son, Yukino talked with Sona like a mother. Yukino lent a book to her and asked if Sona wants to judge real Yukio, she should read this book and judge the person in it. Sona was shocked by Yukino's motherly nature and embarrassed that she showed feeling for Yukio to Yukino that easily.

Sona then read this book and can't help but fall in love with the person in it. She read again and again, and now she knew that Yukio is the same person as the main character in this book. She doesn't know the real story behind him but she doesn't care a bit. She can't wait for her match with Yukio.

Xenovia and Irina just trashed Issei and Kiba like they were nothing.

Their original intentions were to warn Gremory heir to not get involved with the church to which Rias said that she didn't care.

When they found out that a church's nun has become a devil, they wanted to execute her because she has been excommunicated from the church. Not only that but Asia has also become a devil.

Irina wanted to ask about Yukio with Issei but she didn't since she wanted to meet him and talk face-to-face.

"You are weak Issei." Irina said with a smile. She beat Issei within minutes with her Excalibur mimic. Unlike in anime, she is a lot stronger and more composed. "It's a pity that my friend has turned into a devil." She helplessly sighed.

Xenovia also defeated Kiba with her Excalibur of destruction. She didn't take long before giving a swift blow to him.

Issei gritted his teeth while Kiba sat there with a defeated expression and being healed by Asia. Kiba was also frustrated since he was a victim of the holy sword project and was easily defeated by the church duo.

"You didn't talk about our other friend Irina..." Issei said with a smirk. Akeno and Koneko also start looking at him.

"That's enough Isse," Rias said because she didn't want to involve Yukio of all people.

"I will talk to him personally after getting from here. I am sure he has nothing to do with you devils." Irina said with pride. All of them smirked seeing her face. Both Irina and Xenovia felt that something was off.

"I have nothing to do with who?" They all heard a voice and knew that a drama is about to happen.

Irina turned around and saw a boy wearing the same Kuoh Academy uniform with black hair and blue eyes. She can't help but blush since this handsome boy is none other than her childhood friend Yukio.

"Yukio!" She said and threw herself in his embrace without thinking much. "Oh I missed you so much~," She said rubbing her face in his chest.

"Me too, My handsome Irina." He said with a warm voice. Suddenly he grabbed her ass with one hand, "Wow, I didn't know that you have grown such ass-ets. As expected from my Iri-chan~" He said with a perverted smile.

"Kya! Pervert!" She yelled and pushed him away and hide her sensitive parts since she is wearing tight spandex battle attire. It's good for battle but it shows clear body parts.

"Hehe. Sorry about that. I came here to pick up my girlfriends. I didn't want to disturb your business before." Yukio said.

"Wait, girlfriends?!" Irina was shocked to hear the word girlfriends. It means he has more than one.

She then saw all of Rias' peerage smug face. Two women walked to him. One has black hair with a voluptuous body and the other has white hair but was petite and short. They then walked near him and held his arms between their chests.

"That's right Iri-chan. Meet my two sweet girlfriends, Akeno and Koneko. Aren't they cute?" Yukio said holding both of them.

"Hah!?"
