PROLOGUE

"It is unlike her to sleep till this time. What's wrong, didn't she sleep on time?". "Liam, that naughty boy has been influencing my sweet baby girl badly". Jade pushed the door open and was embraced by darkness. She worked straight to the curtains and pulled them open to let the rays of light inside.

"Dra, wake up. You are late for school. Today is your big day you can't affo…"

"oh my world! Sandra wake up" she rushed to the fourteen-year-old girl, when she noticed that Sandra was sweating and shivering. "my child, wake up wake up". Jade tapped and tapped on her but no avail. Sandra continued to shake her head steadily. She was making little sounds and her mouth were slightly moving like she was trying to talk. But only murmurs could be heard. Jade resulted to tugging the child hardly, yet she didn't wake up.

Sandra suddenly turned pale like her blood was being drained away. This scared Jade, that she resulted to check Sandra's eyes and fingers. Then she noticed that the blue cloud blanket is soaked with blood. Blood flowing out through Sandra's fingertips.

"Liam, Liam! get my phone. Call the doctor!" she called her fifteen-year-old son for help.

"mom, what did you say…" liam asked as he walked into Sandra's bedroom.
