A Fortuitous Encounter

The Chinese medicine store was not open for business yet. Other than Qu Xiao and the boss, there were only two cleaners in the store who were hired temporarily.
The burly men had strong and sturdy bodies, with animal totem tattoos faintly showing on their shoulders. Each of them held a stick and stared at Qu Xiao.
Qu Xiao's words clearly caused dissatisfaction from the strange man. He used his fist to knock on the solid wooden table and chair twice. "Since we can't come to an agreement, we'll redecorate for you instead."
He waved his hand, and the strong men swung their sticks and smashed them at the Chinese medicine cabinets on both sides.
Qu Xiao hurriedly spread her arms to block the middle. She narrowed her eyes and asked, "Which store are you talking about?"
The strange man pointed at the store across the street. Qu Xiao took the opportunity to look over, and her eyebrows twitched slightly.
