Getting Ready

An older gentlemen was sitting in his office as he was thinking of a few things when the door to his office had a knock. Come in said the older man. The door opened and a bunch of people and ponies came into the room. Professor Boulder said the first girl. Yes Penny said Boulder. I think me, Cyrus, Austin, Dez, London, Sophia, Twilight and Starlight found an idea on how to protect the school. You did said Boulder with a little bit of doubt in his voice of tone. The one they called Cyrus then brought out a book and turned to a page near the back. How about this spell said Cyrus. The forcefield spell said Boulder. Its the same one that the most powerful unicorns can cast said Twilight. If me, Starlight and the rest of you chip in, we could make a shield that can cover the whole school from danger. Boulder scratched his chin at the idea of this spell working. Well i do think it might work said Boulder. But i don't know if it would last long enough. We figured out that only me and Twilight have to keep the spell up said Starlight. We wouldn't all need to use our magic in order for the spell to last, Just to activate it. I'm not sure said Boulder. Well we need to do something to keep the school from getting turned into The Simmons Center from a year ago said London. Actually said Cyrus. The building is about finished right now. That's not the point said Sophia. I think we just have to let Adam come here and do what he must said Boulder. This isn't like that last time he did this. Yeah it wasn't said Austin. We weren't here. We have new ways to stop him said Dez. You can't just give up. Boulder wasn't sure on what to do. He on one hand, wanted to give up and just face what his former student wanted of him but on the other hand, wanted to fight back agented him and show him that evil isn't the way. Ok said Boulder. I trust you all that you can help somehow. We don't have much time before tonight. We won't fail said Penny. Just like a wizard, they never fail. That's the spirit said Boulder. Just remember, were counting on you. No pressure. Sir said Cyrus. You can't just dump a truckload of pressure and say no pressure. Yeah yeah said Boulder. Go figure out a way to save the world. Everyone else left Boulder's office in a hurry. Boulder was finishing up some paperwork when he heard a noise outside. He went to his nearby window with fear in his legs. He didn't want to get up because he wasn't sure if he knew what it was or if it was after them all. He opened the window to find a massive beacon at the sky from far away. This beacon was a fiery red, purple and black color as it consumed the sky with all of its might and light. Oh no said Boulder. He's got the book. Boulder was as most scared as he was in his life. He knew that if he ever got that book, they were gonna be breakfast toast. Were doomed said Boulder. 

Outside, the eight were testing the shield spell with everyone. Are we ready said Twilight. I think so said Penny as she, Cyrus, London, Austin, Dez, Twilight and Starlight casted there magic at the ready and created a magic ball. They used there magic to expand the ball and when they could, use it to expand around the school, covering it in a clear magic case. The five humans fell to the dirtily ground out of pure exhaustion alone. Twilight and Starlight were quite tired as well but they had to keep the spell in control. Please never do that again said Penny. I haven't felt that tired since we first defeated Adam said Cyrus. Well that should do it said Twilight. We just need to keep this up for a while. What would happened if the shield falls though said Sophia. Then i hope this magic world has . . . In . . sura . . nce i think for the school said Starlight. Oh boy said Austin. That's gonna be a fun break said Dez. Just then, a massive shake could be heard from afar. The seven went to check it out and saw a massive beacon in the sky. This beacon was a fiery red, purple and black as it consumed the sky in all of its light. What is that said Penny. Oh no said London. You know what it means said Austin. That's shadow magic said London. I can fell it in me. That's not possible though said Cyrus. Only Penny can do that because she has a special kind of magic in her. Your right said London. I'm just making stuff up. I couldn't be another descendent with powers. Should we tell Boulder said Dez. I think he knows by know said Twilight. That beacon would be hard to miss. Just then, The eight saw a island flyout from the ground and started to head towards there way. That has to be Adam said Penny. We need to head inside at once said Cyrus. Everyone but London headed inside in a hurry. Could i have powers said London. No no I'm making stuff up as when London turned to see the flying island, her hand was starting to have some black magic form around it but London couldn't see it as she headed inside in a hurry.
