Threw the night Iris tends to Kakashi. She is oddly happy to do so. "I remember when we were kids. You would tease me about Kiroro and my other creatures. You also had this adorable shine in your eyes doing so." She said when she felt his hand on hers. "You would get so mad at me. I have always loved you and it hurt like hell when Itachi got you. I watched you the days after the slaughter. I wanted to hold you ,but knew it wasn't the right time." He said looking at the young female. She sighs "I wouldn't have turned you away Kakashi. I was so lost but had to pull myself together for Sasuke and Naruto." Kakashi pulled her down with him holding her. "I will never let anything happen to you or them." He whisperes before falling back asleep. Iris knew she wouldn't be getting up any time soon, so she relaxed against him. That night was the first time in a long time that she felt she belonged.

Iris pov

I woke the next morning to help Isami. "So are you and him together?" She asked having me blush. "Yes it's been two months now. He makes me happy and he is good with my boys. I can't ask for more than that." I said making he giggle. "I had a feeling the look in your eyes said it all. You fell hard for him thats a good thing if you ask me. Not many good men left." I caught the last part. She was sad could she have lost someone? I wouldn't pry it's not my business, I just want to help with breakfast. Sakura came in rubbing her eye from sleep. "Morning Iris Sensie and to you as well Miss Isami." She said walking over to help. I have always wanted a daughter. It would be nice to balance everything out in the house. I guess with Kakashi moving in I doubt that will happen. "You have been pail Iris sensie. Are you ok please don't push yourself." She said peeling fruit. What does she mean by that? Ah just skip it she just a thirsty cotton candy haired bimbo.

Zabuza's pov

"Haku you cruel bastard." I growl ripping the zenbone out of my neck. Haku would tend to my wounds and help me back to the hide out. While I was laying down I couldn't help but think of Iris. "Haku did you know that the Sakamaki clan didn't have any daughters. Iris was the first girl born in over a thousand generations. This made people think it was a bad omen. She was arranged to Marry an Uchiha but sadly her clan was whipped out. Her older brothers killed everyone but her. She never disclosed anything about it. This made the leaf uneasy around her. Then The Uchiha clan fell by none other than Itachi Uchiha, her soon to be husband." I laughed at her misfortune. "We should help the poor little lam." I said before Gato came in yelling about some bullshit. I will not lose not to anyone.
