Rooftop

Liam looked at his two friends who were looking at him like they had seen a ghost. He couldn't blame them. He would have looked at himself the same way.

"You will go to Chris's party?" Harry asked. He was sure he didn't hear Liam clearly the first time. This was someone who hated Chris's mere existence. He had even gotten mad at Harry because Chris had come to the party. Why was he suddenly agreeing to this? 

"I will." He nodded and continued eating his burger.

"Dude! Are you for real? You hate him! Besides, he didn't send you an invite." 

"Chris sends me an invite to every one of his parties. It's I who don't accept it." He shrugged. 

"But... why all of a sudden? You have never been to his parties before." Harry asked and narrowed his eyes suspiciously. 

"Seriously? I cannot decide to go to a party like you guys, all of a sudden?" 

"But—"
