Liam woke up feeling confused. He felt a strong urge to see Oliver. He didn't know where that was coming from, but he believed that when he saw Oliver, he would feel better. After the boy left yesterday, his mood changed. He suddenly started remembering all the misfortunes in his life. When Oliver had been with him, none of it had mattered. They had been two friends simply talking.
What was this?
Was this normal?
He didn't have time to ponder the question for too long because he knew Oliver was going to be driving to school soon. He had fixed his bicycle but didn't feel like riding it to school today.
They were friends, right? So Oliver would offer him a ride. At least, he hoped so. After what happened last night, he wasn't sure Oliver was willing to speak with him even though he didn't know what he had done.
