Chapter 4: Getting Rich

"You should work hard to condense wooden essence."

Veronica smiled at the spirit vine, the threat revealed in her eyes was not clear but the spirit vine shivered after feeling the intent of its owner.

School was about to start in 2 days, Veronica was mentally prepared and was trying to make her pet beast stronger, even though she had an amazing gold finger it would not help her in a major crisis.

She has to be self independent. Veronica noticed that after cultivating the skills spirit wine status seemed to improve, points were increasing slowly.

The spirit vine was working hard under the sun and during night in the beast space. It was gradually progressing but Veronica was not satisfied with it.

The spirit vine was practising on its own and Veronica was thinking about how to earn money in a short amount of time.

Since her talent was related to evolution so she could utilise this fact and start a business, there were many black markets in the interstellar world where there was no need to use an identity certificate.

She could sell plant type beasts after making them evolve just like her wooden vine and sell them, even though the wooden vine was a first order assisting pet beast it was still popular in the masses and their current purchasing price was 50,000-80,000 union currency.

People would suspect if she went around selling plan type pet beasts in large numbers and would discover her talent. It would be dangerous for her so she had decided to disguise herself and create a new identity for her business.

It would save her time and would be less troubling.

Veronica had long dark purple hair which was quite attractive and grabbed a lot of attention. She was inconspicuous because she didn't like to talk with anyone and had always covered her face with these long curls.

She had a slim figure and didn't have enough curves to attract attention, she was practically a boy and her mesmerising pink eyes were breathtaking.

Veronica had inherited her looks from her parents. She was charming but hidden under her gloomy personality.

She was about to scam, ah…uhm start business only her identity would be fraudulent and everything else would be pure and true.

This was her money earning idea,not that great but has enough prospect if done nicely.

Veronica decided to visit a salon to give herself a haircut, waist length hair for a beginner fighter like her was not necessary.

She had already received 10,000 Union Currency for this month and had enough money to change her look. She found a cheap and nearby salon that has recently been opened.

She ordered a red wig and some green lenses which was a common colour in the interstellar. The balance in her account reached 7300 instantly as she paid for her purchase.

Veronica went out after consoling her poor heart and dreaming about future earnings. The thought was particularly pleasant.

After reaching the salon, Veronica noticed that it was not just a normal hair cutting Shop, everything was available here related to beauty and make-up, they were also providing body massage as well as a beast therapy system. This place was screaming 'expensive' and her money in her pocket was crying after looking at her surroundings.

How could she ever think this place was cheap?

Misunderstanding, a complete misunderstanding!

Poor people can not understand the world of richness.

When Veronica was in a dilemma whether to leave this place before her wallet bleeds more she was spotted by a technician and was warmly invited inside.

Now she could not even go after receiving their hospitality. She should have left before.

"Ma'am what would you like to have?" The technician asked in a polite tone and handed her a paper probably listing the things they provide here.

Veronica was not interested in Satan's paper and directly expressed her needs.

" I need a haircut, shoulder length would be nice."

The technician was surprised that the young girl in front of her was not interested in anything else even after watching the brochure and was plainly asking for a haircut.

After all, who doesn't like beauty and being beautiful herself but this girl was able to not pull herself in the beauty trap which shows her strong willpower.

In Interstellar, there were two kinds of people whether it was beastmaster or not, they all like to follow trends and don't have enough willpower to make a change, just like to follow the crowd. Only a few people were firm and had strong control of their mind and were challenging in nature.

She respected them and this young girl was one of them so she was even more enthusiastic in her work.

Veronica could feel her increasing passion towards herself, she didn't want change in the technician but one thing was sure Veronica was quite scared and didn't want to spend much time here in case she could not control her hands and lose all her money.

She would never think that beauty and fashion was cheap. It can never be cheap. It was all a scam to pull sheep like her in the trap.

Veronica was not interested in the brochure because just the price of a haircut has made her lose her appetite; she could not want anything else from here.

The Interstellar world was more expensive than the previous world.

After 20 minutes, Veronica was surprised to see her look and the technician next to her was even more surprised.

"You look beautiful,just like a character from the gaming world, ma'am , would you like to model for our salon? We would pay you a good amount for it."

Veronica was happy to see her new looks and was not interested in any modelling. How could she sell her looks for some small amount of money?

She was going to make a big business. Veronica rejected her.

The technician was surprised but was expecting this, "Ma'am consider this offer, I am Emily the manager of this Salon. You will be paid 500,000 for the modelling."

Emily knew this kind of money would not be seen by a beastmaster but she still hoped her younger heart would have some vanity so she proposed one more idea.

"In return, we would also style you for a year without any charge."

Veronica maintained her cool aura but her mind and heart were not at all calm. Her heart was screaming.

Large amounts of low quality resources or a few high quality resources.

Everything was perfect.

Little drop by drop would fill the pot. How could she not respect the god of wealth coming at her door.

What about looks?

What about big business?

Nothing has started yet, she was a beauty loving student and has to help this kind sister in adversity.

She was a kind little fairy and couldn't see the pain of poor little mortals.

"In that case, I would do it but it would be just for six months."

Earning fast money was good but her main focus was becoming a stronger and richer beastmaster so she couldn't not do this business in the long run.

Emily was elated, she was sure that if this guest was used as a model then their franchise would earn more and there would be a long line of guests.

This kind of beauty was rare, these days anything that was unique had a strong selling point, be it pet beast or the beastmaster, their founder wanted the store to be a unique place among the interstellar.

Emily was sure that she would be promoted after the guest became popular.

Both of them were satisfied and had a pleasant talk about the future cooperation. Veronica remembered that she would not be able to shoot anything as the day after tomorrow, she had to go and attend the one training of one week in the 3110 high school.

Veronica told Emily the truth and surprisingly Emily agreed to shoot the photograph at a later date without any fuss, making Veronica think that today was a lucky day.

She immediately applied her business idea after leaving the salon, not wanting to waste the time further.

Since she had agreed to model for them, today's treatment was free of charge for her. It was an added benefit.

She went to stockpile some plant alien beasts and make them reach level 1 these days for them to sell in batches.

Veronica had no storage space to store living pet aliens but after giving it a thought were not all the plant below Level1 considered inanimate so could she use her normal tool that was given to her on the awakening day.

She would need to register herself as a G grade beastmaster in the Beastmaster Alliance Guild that maintains the record of the beastmaster before entering high school, it would give her more freedom during her campus life.

She will soon turn 16 and has to plan ahead. How good would it have been if her parents were still alive?

Veronica considered the parents of the original owner as her parents after all she was living in their daughter 's body and had to repay somehow this grace of life.

Veronica reached the park containing a large amount of wooden vine and fruit vine so as to take them and evolve them in a good assisting direction.

After all, plants releasing wooden essence come under the category of assistant and could earn money. This was the only practical benefit of vines and fruit plants.

She was planning to sell the pet beast in this direction, taking plants from the beast park and evolving them would give her amazing fortune.

She had to hurry and stock more and plant them in her lawn. Veronica had only one day to start up her business as she was going to be busy after entering high school.

Her conjecture was true as she was able to store the plants below the level 1 in her resource space.

She picked out some grape vines, types of cactus species and different forms of vine; these were going to be her main source of production.

Now she has to find a good seller to sell the precious pet beasts.
