6. Alone

Michaela looked around. Araya had returned to her house this afternoon. Leaving herself who did not want to obey Araya's words to live with her family. Michaella had decided to stay at home even though she was alone. Ignoring the many wounds that will pierce her heart than having to leave the house with thousands of memories that occupy her attention. Michaella better holds on.

The hand reached out for the glass of juice that Araya had prepared earlier. The ice inside had even melted and was no longer cold. It's eleven o'clock at night. Just like when she came out yesterday and ended up finding her family dead. Yes… She challenged the person who snatched her whole family to pick her up too.

Let's just say Michaella has gone mad for even challenging her own life. Her self-hatred made her unafraid to face reality. She wasn't afraid that people would rip her insides out or even poke out her eyes. She wasn't afraid of those bastards coming and cutting her hands off. She wasn't afraid.

Dorr!!

Pyar!!

Michaella smiled sarcastically after hearing the sound of gunfire aimed at her house. The sound of falling glass made her believe that the person she was waiting for had arrived and would pick her up. Taking on her death in a way that may be more sadistic than what happened to her family members. She doesn't care. Don't care.

The glass she had previously taken returned to the table. Her feet began to move closer to the front door. Ignoring all the bad shadows that might befall her. The hand reached out to open the door knob but after she managed to open the door and looked outside the house, there was no one. There were no people who had previously haunted her with many weapons. None of that. Just empty and silent.

Michaella walked slowly her eyes wandering in all directions. She looked back and the glass of her room was hit by the shot. Did that person know that she was the only one left or did she accidentally shoot in that direction and shatter the glass in her room? Michaella didn't want to think too far. She wanted to find all those people or at least find one of them so she wouldn't be sad anymore. No longer sad because she knows who the jerk is who has snatched her happiness from her family is.

The sound of moving footsteps made Michaella turn around. Her eyes narrowed at the figure walking past her. The girl immediately followed because she felt suspicious. She didn't want to waste time just quiet and thinking. She will reveal the assholes who have killed her entire family. She will avenge their deeds.

"Stop!"

The voice was finally heard again. Michaella tilted her head slightly to look at the figure in front of her who stopped her steps but didn't turn around. Fear enveloped Michaella but her feet slowly stepped closer.

The figure was wearing all black clothes and the head was covered. His hands went into his jacket pockets. Without turning around or just wanting to know who asked him to stop his steps. This made Michaella even more convinced that she was one of the people he was looking for.

Not yet is at behind the figure, Michaella was surprised by the gun pointing at her. His eyes widened with both hands automatically raised upwards. She had a hard time swallowing her saliva because was shocked by what she saw.

The figure just pointed her gun with a slightly turned face. As if he didn't want to see Michaella with all her thoughts. Michaella tilted her head again to see who the figure behind the hood was. only visible nose that is so sharp but not with other parts. Michaella wanted to tilt her head more before the gun spoke first pressing her forehead. It made her flinch until she fall.

The figure then ran. Making Michaella immediately move from her position to chase the figure. She was sure he was indeed one of the people who had come to her house yesterday. She also believed that he was the one who shot the glass in her room, as evidenced by the gun that had been pointed at her. Yes ... Michaella was very sure that the figure was indeed one of the people she was looking for.

Michaella kept running like crazy just to catch up to that figure. Her lips sometimes parted to catch her breath, which was getting erratic from running. She will not let go of that person even though she knows there will be fatal consequences for her stupid actions. She wasn't afraid of the start. She is not afraid even if her life will be lost after that.

"Stop!"

The voice sounded again although she wasn't sure that the figure would hear it because of the distance between them. Michaella paused for a moment her breath. She was panting because long run. Her eyes continued to stare far away at the figure who continued to run, she regained her strength and started running again. Her eyes caught a skateboard that was in front of one of the houses and took it. Michaella is good at skateboarding so without thinking she immediately uses the tool to chase the figure there.

Michaella smiled sarcastically because their distance was almost close. The figure turned for a moment and showed a smirk. Michaella who had seen a little of the figure's appearance accelerated her skateboard without noticing that the figure had taken his gun and …

Dorr!

Brakk!!

Michaella's body fell to the street with her arms spilling a lot of blood. The figure finally used a firearm to attack her so that the skateboard went nowhere and Micahella endured her pain on the street. The girl narrowed her eyes to see where the figure had gone without ignoring the pain. Her fingers clenched tightly after seeing the figure revealed a mocking smile.

Micahella groaned because her arm ached so badly with the metallic heat lodged in her body. She didn't expect to receive an attack like this even though she had been so brave before. No, she had to quickly get up to catch up even though she wasn't sure he would succeed. Michaella was so enthusiastic that she didn't know how to avoid harm. She felt stupid.

The girl slowly rose from her position. Her eyes no longer caught the figure who disappeared behind the night. One hand is still holding the pain in her arm. The moans continued to sound even though he tried to suppress them.

The girl finally stood up though not upright. Her eyes staring were far ahead. She lost the figure. A sigh of tiredness and surrender sounded loud. Michaella didn't know what else to do to be able to chase the figure when she was injured. At least she had to go back first to treat herself before meeting that figure again. She didn't want to give up now but there was no harm in resting.

Michaella turned around, but she was surprised by the figure she was looking for. Her heartbeat was racing strongly with eyes that looked so curious as to who was behind the hat with a downcast face. Ignoring all her fears, Michaella began to speak.

"Who are you and what do you mean by hurting me? Are you the same person that happened to my family? Please don't hide anything from me."

The figure didn't answer but gave a crooked smile. Instead of answering he turned around, wanting to leave Michaella but the girl grabbed his arm quickly.

"Please say something. I want the truth." Michaella said again even though she could see the hand holding the figure was shaking.

"You know him."
