Switched

I was walking towards the principal's office with my head wanting to explode.

Why did I have to be stuck with a girl for the rest of my junior year?!!

I slammed the door open which startled Mr.Hernandez.

He cleared his throat.

"Mr. Salazar what can I do for you?"

"Can you explain to me why am I not sharing a dorm with my friends?" I asked impatiently.

"Well, this year we decided for you to not be with your friends" Mr.Hernandez replied.

"That's funny because this is my last year here," I said sarcastically.

"Sorry Chase but until you change that behavior of yours you can stop dreaming of being with your friends..." said Mr.Hernandez glaring at me.

I growled and raised my fist.

He just gave me a look almost as if he was teasing me to hit him.

"Oh no react! You will get suspended don't do it!" said my consciousness

Realizing it wasn't worth it. I lowered my fist and sighed.

I left slamming the door closed.

Just Great He is so wrong if he thinks I'm changing the way I am!

I walked by the hallways and winked at the girls who liked me.

But for some reason, everyone was looking at me strangely.

The first bell rang and I hurried up to my first period.

I only had Tyler in Algebra.

"Hey Ace!" said Tyler waving me over.

"Hey!" I waved back.

"Thanks for saving me a seat," I said.

"No problem" replied Ty.

During class, I also noticed that even Tyler was looking at me strangely.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" I asked.

"Oh it's nothing really," said Tyler giving me a look.

My eyes darkened and my mood quickly changed.

What is going on?

When class was over I grabbed Tyler by his neck collar and dragged him out of the classroom.

"Ow! Chase let go that hurts!" protested Ty.

"I'll let you go if you tell me what the heck is going on?" I said through gritted teeth.

"Fine, I didn't want to tell you this but..."

''But?"

"You have a girls jacket on," said Ty.

We both made eye contact and I burst into laughter.

"You're kidding right?" I said out of breath.

He just looked at me quietly.

"No way," I said and quickly looked at my jacket.

It was a dark pink, not the blue&black one that I usually wear.

I suddenly remembered that when Amelia bumped into me we both dropped our jackets.

SHOOT!

"Hey guys," said April walking toward us.

"Hey April," said Ty nodding at her.

"Hey Ace who's jacket is that?" asked April looking at me curiously.

April Hinojosa is the most popular girl in the school. (after me)

She has light brown hair and dark red eyes shes really beautiful.

Most of the time she's always with her two other popular friends.

Mira Brown and Alexia Miller and April, of course, they are the popular girls or how they are known as the CAP (Cute, Amazing, & Popular )

Just like me, everyone adores her.

People say that we would make a great couple.

"This is my roommate's jacket" I mumbled.

"You have a girl for a roommate?!" exclaimed April.

"Yes," I said simply.

You might think that just because April is popular like me doesn't mean that I have to date her.

"If I can say her taste in clothing is terrible" commented April laughing.

I smirked that was true.

"I'll leave you two alone," said Tyler making a hasty exit.

"Ace can I ask you something?" said April moving closer to me.

"Mhm," I said half listening.

She put her arms around my neck and made me look at her.

"Can you please give me a chance?" She begged.

I rolled my eyes and gently pushed her away.

"April we talked about this I'm not interested in you," I said sternly.

"Oh come on Chase! You and I are meant to be together!" said April frowning.

"If that' as all you need then have a good day," I said marching off.

As you can see this is normal for me.

April wants me I know she does almost every single girl here wants me.

Except for Amelia...

Which I find odd and surprising.

I walked off and looked all over the place to try to find her.

After a few hours, I found her talking to Shadow Star the weird kid.

"Chase?" said Amelia confused.

"Give me what belongs to me," I said extending my hand.

"What are you talking about?" asked Amelia.

"My Jacket we switched jackets on accident," I said pointing at her sweatshirt.

"Oh!" She said.

I yanked my jacket off from her.

"Ow! You could've let me take it off!" scolded Amelia.

"Sure," I said scoffing.

"Why are you such a jerk!" said Amelia frowning.

I looked at her and my eyes darkened.

Her eyes widened but she just kept her firm gaze on me.

One thing you should know about me I don't like being called names that aren't my own.

I pushed her and she fell on the grass.

"Hey! You can't do that!" said Shadow Star getting up.

I gave her a look that silenced her.

I advanced towards Amelia my hands tighten in fists.

Oh boy, how long have I've been waiting to hit a new kid.

Suddenly I felt someone grab me.

I turned around to find Shadow Star pushing me away from Amelia.

Angrily I hit her in the eye but she wouldn't let me go!

I heard Amelia gasp as she saw us both fight.

"Stop! Chase let her go!" yelled Amelia horrified.

I ignored her and kept on hurting her friend.

That's it... That's how I like to see students begging me to stop bullying them.

After a while I stopped.

Please with myself I backed away from Shadow Star grinning like a maniac.

She was badly hurt I was too but she was way off worse than me.

Suddenly I felt a sting in my cheek.

I realized that Amelia had gotten up and slapped me.

Tears were on her face.

"You... are a cold-hearted person!" spat Amelia.

I just gaped at her surprised.

She turned around and helped Shadow get up and they both left.

I grabbed my sweatshirt and yanked it on.

So that's how it's going to be huh Amelia?

Well, this isn't the end.
