Carla and Zhao, the two Neveahian Mechanized Division units, were currently at Western Desper's old stadium based on speculations that werewolf-like creatures had been seen. Apparently, a couple of old men, who were out having a smoke, were frightened to death as they noticed two lads walking in, transforming into deadly 'dog-like' beasts, as per the description of both men.
