"Dezhong, STEP BACK!" Blake shouted orders, but his friend remained in front of the mutant with his fingers bent in opposite directions. The metal gauntlets on his prosthetic arm broke, and a couple of shards penetrated his skin.
"I'M FINE," Dezhong said, his feral instincts kicking in. His eyes glowed slightly, and the boy could feel his teeth growing longer. He forced himself to calm down a little, not wanting to get exposed.
"RHAAAHHH!" The mutated normal screamed while raising its arms. The appendages stretched through the ceiling of the house, causing large pieces of debris to fall on it. It then quickly bashed them towards Dezhong, who quickly dodged the hits and got on top of the arms.
Without haste, Dezhong ran along the mutated normal's hands until he got close enough to its face.
