Chapter Thirty-One

“How?ug---ack” You try to speak, his fingers stealing any oxygen you had stored away. Your hands come up to grab his wrist trying to pry him off but it was futile. It was like trying to push a starship with nothing by my own hands and no machinery. You tried to speak again. Only sounds you made were desperate gulps for air as your vision darkened around the edges with the threat of passing out looming just around the corner.

You were still perched on his chest, you barely even made the escape before you caught you like a mouse. Hi stretches his arm out holding you by your neck, his fingers digging into your flesh you knew you’d be bruised. Holding you out like an offering, your feet inches from the floor, you swayed there helplessly.
