CHAPTER 44

Silence engulfed the battle arena, and no one dared to speak after seeing all that happened. They just stared at Concubine Yona being taken away by Imperial Eunuchs and Imperial Alchemists.

Gabby was about to leave the battle arena. There came a dragon from the sky flying towards Gabby.

"Dragon!" shouted someone in the Arena, making the others look up at the sky. They all gasped to see the dragon land right in front of Gabby.

Slowly the dragon transformed into a human who was none other than Emilio disguised as a beautiful man. He walked over and knelt before Gabby.

Emilio's face looks so pale. "Your Majesty, our Kingdom, and the Spinx Kingdom are under attack by the Devils. The demons that attacked the Spinx Kingdom were the devils that Miss Shushu had previously beaten back, but the devils who attacked our kingdom are other devils," said Emilio hastily.

The whole Arena just stared at the Dragon, who turned into a human. They were curious about Gabby and Emilio's conversation. Even though the whole Arena was silent, there was a man who glared at Gabby and Emilio while clenching his fists.

"Father, it was the man who killed me."

Hearing Emilio's words, Gabby's smile faded. She quickly opened the portal and entered the portal. Those who saw Gabby leave the Arena using teleport were silent.

They were curious about their conversation. Gabby's face, which was full of smiles, suddenly became flat.

Shushu, Scarla, and Baba saw Gabby's departure and immediately walked away. Lili looked confused and wanted to ask, but she couldn't see the look on Shushu and Scarla's angry expressions.

Scarla turned to Lili for a moment. "I'll get back to you later," said Scarla entering the portal and leaving Lili.

Emilio stared intently at Empress Lili before turning back into a dragon form and flapping his wings, flying out of the Tournament Arena.

Emperor Blaise walked briskly towards Empress Lili, seeing that the Dragon had left. "What's wrong? Queen Gabby looks furious," asked Emperor Blaise as he searched for Gabby's subordinates who were no longer there.

"I don't know, Your Majesty. It seems very precarious," replied Lili turning to Emperor Blaise. "Miss Scarla will inform her later." continued Lili leaving Emperor Blaise. Emperor Blaise was silent. He clenched his fists, feeling ignored by the Empress.

The tournament is continuing, although it is still in great shock today. The Tournament remains until tomorrow, and inevitably the Emperor must continue the Tournament first.

Gabby walked alone in a Pavilion, and she was in the Charlotte Family residence Pavilion. She gave orders to all her servants to return.

Joan was ordered to go to the kingdom of the Spinx with Emilio. Scarla and Baba are ordered to tackle his Kingdom. Shushu followed Gabby to the Charlotte Family residence.

She entered a room and saw that they were sadly crying for someone who was already lying stiff on the bed.

They all turned towards the door to see Gabby coming, and they were crying louder as Gabby walked towards the bed. Gabby was silent when she saw a middle-aged woman lying stiff on the bed.

I didn't feel the tears falling when I saw the woman, who was none other than Mother Eliana.

"Ella," Caroline said, running to hug Gabby tightly.

"S-sister Ella," Mia looked at Gabby in front of her. Gabie's gaze fell on Eliana.

Gabby turned to Mia, and she saw Mia, who already looked confused. Her eyes were red and swollen.

Caroline slowly let go of her arms and was still sobbing. Gabby turned back to Eliana and slowly walked towards Eliana's bed.

"W-we were all in the Royal palace, then a Devil attacked the palace with the Soldiers from the Folly Kingdom." continued Mia sobbing.

Gabby immediately turned around, leaving Mia and Caroline. "Sis Ella, let me come with you, sis," Mia said to follow Gabby.

Gabby stopped and turned to Mia. "Take care of Grandma and the others here. Big sister hopes for you," said Gabby looking stern.

Mia was silent for a moment, and she nodded her head in understanding. She takes out the Tier 5 Ancient Staff Gabby gave her on his 18th Birthday. "Okay, Sis, big sister be careful," said Mia in return for Gabby's nod.

Gabby left the room, and she met Shushu standing at the door.

"Don't let him die, and death is too noble for him," Gabby said without turning to Shushu. Shushu lowered her head, a flat expression on her beautiful face.

Gabby entered the Portal until it landed on her throne. She sat cross-legged, rested her head with her hands, and closed her eyes, tapping the arm of the chair with her index finger.

Shushu floated high in the air seeing puffs of fire smoke everywhere. Her gaze fell on the group of people fighting the demons she had previously battered.

Azazel's form now looks different. You can see its long curved horns and its jagged tail behind its head.

The people were none other than Leon, Sebastian, Evan, David, and Gustav, assisted by Joan and Emilio. They dispelled the shock of Emilio's figure turning into a dragon. They were thinking about how to deal with the demons that were rampaging in front of them, not to mention the Folly Kingdom troops who were helping the demons.

Shushu saw the fewer and fewer Spinx Kingdom Soldiers and those starting to look exhausted fighting Azazel. Azazel seems to be releasing a black ball, indicating he will attack with a big attack.
