Lu Sheng followed Lu Xan and found the direction they were going towards is out of Main Core Family bounds. This would be his first time stepping out of Lu Clan's core inner circle, not sure why he was kind of excited and also nervous about it.
They crossed the inner walls and entered the outer grounds of the Lu Clan's estate, leaving the familiar surroundings of the Core Family's inner circle. The transition was marked by a noticeable shift in the environment; the manicured gardens and stately buildings of the inner grounds were gone and replaced by utilitarian structures and bustling activity. The air was thicker with the scent of earth and labor, and the sound of workers was more pronounced even in the early morning.
