Attack On Titan: It Was My Choice

[The MC is pretty stupid in the first couple chapters but the book starts getting better from Chapter 17 and above, also the MC is not a good person hence the Anti hero tag] I died. Isn't that what they say at the start of a new adventure? Yeah, I think so... In the tumultuous world of Attack on Titan, my rebirth echoed the ominous prologue to a grand adventure. Death merely marked the threshold to a realm where I wielded three cheat powers: a lightning affinity promising unparalleled speed, the blessing of god-like speed transcending limits, and a perfect body as an epitome of physical prowess. Embracing this second chance, my goal materialized with an electrifying intensity—to dominate this treacherous world. Lightning surged through my veins, propelling me with unprecedented velocity, a blur in the chaos of Titans and human conflict. The god-like speed bestowed upon me transcended mortal boundaries, rendering me an unstoppable force on the battlefield. My perfect body became a testament to divine strength, resilient against the ferocity of Titans and human adversaries alike. The battleground trembled beneath my feet as I weaved through the fray, an electrifying force of nature. In the shadows, alliances were forged, secrets unraveled, and a strategic dance unfolded as I sought dominance with calculated precision. Each thunderous step etched my name into the annals of this merciless world. Battles ensued, my lightning-infused prowess leaving an indelible mark on the fate of nations. A symphony of power and conquest unfolded as I harnessed the elements and my perfected form to sculpt a destiny in the heart of the Attack on Titan universe. The world quivered, and the saga of my rise to dominance thundered across the relentless landscape, a testament to the unstoppable force born from death's embrace.

AOT: Humanity's Last Stand Chapter Thirty Nine: Armin's Courage

Everyone looked a bit disoriented as we all met back at the promised. Well that was everyone except Ymir who seemed very happy.

"Alright," I said, "We'll rent an inn in town and relax there for the rest of the day, Tomorrow we're heading out early,"

"Okay," was their united reply and I yawned, I needed a lot of rest for my bones. They're aching me a little.

Using the ODM gear didn't come without it's backsides, Of course one of them was the Joint pain... Yeah it was cool zipping around the sky like Spider-Man but the strain that left on the body of an Eldian sure was painful.

And the funny part was that an Eldian was surely more durable than that of a Human so a regular human using the ODM gear might result in different kinds of sicknesses. But that's not what I wanted to think about right now, All I wanted to think about was the Inn we were going to rest at.

This was the best a small village like this had to offer, A large inn the size of a regular house in the District areas. It was perfect and only for a silver coin per person so I paid the full price-

"Rest, Remember that it's the main reason we're here, To rest your bones. After this, We'll be on the road for the next few days with little to no rest," I said, "So if I were you, Make sure you spend your time resting appropriately, Well I'm heading upstairs to get some nice rest in and I'll advise the rest of you to do the same thing,"

But did I really expect them to listen? Well it won't be my fault. Even if I had a Perfect body that couldn't get tired neither sick, I still had to rest sometimes or I wouldn't be able to bring this body to it's full potential.

Ymir sat on the chair in the living room and stretched her arms out.

"What a nice place Aeron got for us, I got to say, That guy is loaded," Ymir said and motioned for Krista to sit next to her but the blond haired girl rolled her eyes, preparing to go upstairs too.

'He also said something to her, She refuses to do anything with me, I'm not a terrible person,' Ymir thought.

Krista's voice snapped her out of her thoughts.

"I'd rather go rest like Aeron is doing, Being in the wild for the next few days will surely push our bodies to the limit," Krista said, "So I think it would be better for us to rest,"

"Besides we haven't been that useful to Aeron from the first day we went out on this mission," Krista said, "Maybe with a little rest, We could help him out on the Attacking squad or do a lot on the Defensive,"

The words of Krista pierced through their thick skulls, Aeron had been the one dealing with everything.

Even when he went with Eren and Armin, He had been the one that took out the Attacking and Defensive Squad that they encountered.

He had been the one to tell them what Mushrooms were dangerous as well as how to drain out the poison from the poisonous crops.

"He has been very helpful throughout our entire Journey and what have we done to tell him we appreciate it? Nothing," Krista continued, her eyes getting wet, "He's a human just like us, you know and the best we can do is rest so we can help him later,"

She refused to say anything again as she climbed upstairs and picked an empty room with a bed to fall asleep and rest her aching bones.

Twenty minutes later, Wanda could be seen wandering around town. Armin was following her, not because he was interested in where she was going... Maybe he just felt the need to.

At last, She stood outside a Bar, One of the big buildings in the village and then she sighed before entering.

Armin had changed from his Cadet uniform to a different set of clothes and matted his neck-length hair before entering.

The Bar wasn't that large but it was large nonetheless, It had a total of 20 tables and Sixty chairs which meant that there were three chairs per table.

Wanda settled down on a table, right next to her was Bertholdt and Reiner. The two older boys that were also Cadets.

Armin moved in, He had already gone this far, He might as well go all the way. A sense of determination filled his heart as he sat on a table near their's, He was the only one at the table and he decided to order something as they were doing the same thing.

Wanda drank down her tea and then looked at Bertholdt, a slight blush appearing on her face.

"Umm, Bert... You got a little something on your face," Wanda said, her voice low, Armin was barely able to pick it up.

Her hand moved forward and touched the edge of his lips, wiping off a crumb of bread in the process.

"Oh yeah, We're here to talk about my squad right?" Wanda asked and Reiner nodded.
