Chapter 3

Holy Power, a power originally wielded by the God of the Bible, now part of the divine system left behind by God, which governed divine protection, mercy, and miracles. It makes it possible to bring effects to holy things ranging from exorcism, holy water, and crosses. The reason entities like Devils, Fallen Angels and Vampires take damage merely from contact with religious areas and iconography such as crosses or holy water is seemingly due to this system instilling holy power.

As you can imagine, the more faith you have in God, the more the reserves of Holy Power you will have. But there is a problem with that, well for me and that is because I know God is dead and even if he wasn't, I can't believe in a god of a world I that was previously fictional to me, heck, even if I knew for certain that some god was real in my past life I still wouldn't pray to them. Not because I am a wanna be Gorr, but I genuinely believe that nothing can be all powerful. Luckily for me, I came up with a solution. Scratch that, the ROB found my solution funny so he allowed it.

I started believing and throwing all my faith to the undisputed cutest things in the universe, KITTENS and I received a letter from the ROB saying that he agrees and that he'll allow me to gain Holy Power or more precisely Sacred Power from Kittens. Holy Power is a type of Sacred Power you gain from believing in the God from the bible. Anyway, now I have a new form of sacred power powered by kittens' cuteness that I've decided to name Adorable Power. Yeah, I'm not very good with names, but this'll have to do for now.

Anyway, it's been about a day and a half since I killed Ethan a-hole and I obviously left Italy. From the person whose house I was crushing in's memories, I found a pretty blonde girl about my age and broke into her house and stole her passport after using a recovery heal on her and making sure she doesn't wake up in two days for good measure. Without wasting time, I quickly went to the airport and booked a flight out of Italy.

After a stop in Switzerland I finally it to Japan, but I'm still in a plane to Osaka from Tokyo. From there I'm supposed to take a train and I've arrive in Kyoto. So much work, but as long as I'm not close to the Vatican I'm good. I can deal with any church grunts here in Japan if they try to cause trouble with me. After all, I'm now a big girl.

I quickly arrive in Osaka where I pull my now familiar routine of ambushing an isolated man in an alley and using Recovery Heal on them to get their memories and like that, I speak Japanese like a native. Sometimes my OP'ness generates gravity. Wait can I 'heal' lets say a metal ball to make it generate so much gravity that it creates a black hole. If I can provide just enough energy to make the black hole form and not enough to sustain it's self until it's stable then I can make personal black holes anytime I want. Damn, this ability is OP.

Now being a native level speaker of Japanese, I quickly head to the train station and in half and hour I was already in Kyoto through Kyoto Station and I'm greeted by the Kyoto tower just as I walk out of the building.

Too bad, that Ethan A-hole couldn't sense other magical beings because I would have already started to hunt some poor unsuspecting Youkai. Damn, catching myself in the middle of this thought is really scary. I mean a few hours ago, I was busy in college or depressed about how futile our existence is, you know normal college stuff but now I'm thinking of mind r*ping some innocent unsuspecting person. How entertaining. But it seems power does corrupt, and that's only natural I guess. I can't have all this power and be expected not to use it selfishly. That just doesn't make sense.

I started to look around, taking in the amazing views of this city. I never got to visit the weeb's country of origin in my past life so I was pretty excited.

If I only knew that I was spraying my Adorable Power in all directions uncontrollably since I literally had zero training other than Ethan A-hole's shit experiences. I'm literally a magical virgin.

Normally, I tend to ignore fools who are looking for death.

Who the fuck walks into a foreign factions HQ while spraying out energy like that. This person is either very confident in his strength, which I highly doubt or is a complete noob who doesn't even know he's emitting such a huge amount of energy. I doubt the first one because the way this energy is so unrefined is screaming 'NOOOB!!!'.

Anyway, I'm at Kyoto station spying on the blonde girl who just stepped out of the building looking around like a generic tourist. This just proves my Noob theory since she can't even sense me or the five Youkai signatures approaching her. Her energy is something I've never felt before and that's saying a lot since I'm a master magician. Both the quality and quantity surpasses mine by over two times and I'm definitely sure I've never felt this from any of the pantheons since I can tell it's Sacred Power.

Her blinding energy levels are so high they almost blind me from another signature she's emitting. A sacred gear. Man, it's like she was made to be part of our Hero Faction.

I better make a move before the Youkai arrive. I can't let such a talent escape. Here I go.
