Gael had brought Jerouch to the balcony, leaving Erline, his wife, to watch over their kid, Ashton.
Gael offered Jerouch a seat, on a rectangular stool, but Jerouch rejected it without hesitating. He also made sure he kept a reasonable distance away from Gael who took the seat since the former declined his offer.
Not that he cared whether Jerouch sat or not, to be honest. He had many things bothering him and his visitor's… well, the stranger's wellbeing was the least of his concerns. He was only giving out the basic formalities.
Furthermore, he still didn't know who Jerouch was, although he was sure he wasn't part of those people.
