At Dinning hall, jiang fegmian called Wei wuxian to discuss some important matters.

In the hall,jiang fegmian and madam yu seated in front and jiang yanli,jiang cheng seated beside Wei wuxian.

Everyone was quite until jiang fegmian spoke,"A-xian,I have to tell you something. It's important."seeing the seriousness in his tone Wei wuxian nodded.jiang fegmian exchange a look with madam yu and after a moment of silence .He spoke

"1 week ago Gusu clan visited Yunmeng..."

Wei wuxian nodded in agreement.while jiang cheng and jiang yanli exchange a look .

"so ,you know madam lan"

"Yes, She is mother's childhood friend but father why are you telling all this things?" Wei wuxian asked in confusion.

" Madam lan and madam Wei were not only best friends but they were considered as sisters ...when your mother was alive ,both of them one said that if they will get a chance they will make their relation stronger ."

"..." Wei wuxian still in confusion.

"...once they said that if they will get a chance they will become relatives too"

" we knew that they were very close and if they will get a chance they will surely take that opportunity . I and former leader of Gusu also didn't had a problem either ...but we never took this matter seriously"

after a long pause jiang fegmian continued ,

"but yesterday when Madam lan along with Gusu clan people visited yunmeng again.she proposed a marriage between second young master lan and... second young master jiang "

"...." ,Wei wuxian . after a pause

" hahahaha!" Wei wuxian broke into laughter .He laughed so hard that the whole room echoed with his laughter .

"..." jiang yanli ,jiang cheng along with jiang fengmian and madam yu stared at Wei wuxian blankly.

"father ,you also... became good at pranks.hahaha" Wei wuxian said in between his laughter.

"A-xian,it's not a joke ",said jiang fegmian with a solemn expression.

Wei wuxian stopped laughing he turned his gaze to jiang cheng and jiang yanli .They both nodded in agreement.wei wuxian smile faded seeing the seriousness of atmosphere . wei Ying felt his eyes will pop out soon .

After a moment of silence,Wei wuxian  decided to break the silence,

"But..but father.."he wanted to say further but couldn't find the correct word .

"I know you don't like man and you don't want to marry yet"

"Yes" Wei wuxian.

" but A xian,one day you to marry and you are already 28 year now . yanli is also married now."

".. what's wrong marrying to Gusu lan clan. also, Madam lan is more than your mother's best friend and this marriage is proposed by her .I couldn't protest ..also madam Wei wanted to make their relationship stronger. I don't want to disappoint her."

madam yu clenched her fist in anger when Jiang Fegmian mentioned his beloved wife,

"..." Wei wuxian

"Take this as your mother's last wish ...I m not forcing you. if you don't want we can cancel this ."

" Think carefully,A xian ."

" Now go rest. It's already late"

Wei wuxian didn't utter a word .They all left for their respective rooms.
