Hikaru smiled and said: "Then... drink this..."

He said as he took out a small test tube containing a blue liquid and gave it to Painko.

Painko looked a bit confused when he saw the test tube, but he still reached out and received it from Hikaru.

"This is…" Painko asked in confusion.
